Then they chose to not build impoundment reservoirs to catch and hold the rainfall they do get in storms and allow it instead to run back to the sea. Third strike. Then they pushed out all conservative thought and marginalized conservatives who objected to the lunacy and became a defacto socialist run one party state. They are out of strikes now. Now mother nature said time has run out and she is taking back her desert.
