1) His wife’s my friends oncologist here in Columbus, and we need her to stay, relatively unencumbered.

Great asset though. I’m thinking Chief of Staff. He needs to be tempered by the fire of working directly for DJT.
3) But, fortunately there’s a ‘red dot’ that’s got balls and brains and inside baseball knowledge who ready to go. Tough as nails- Kash Patel.
I am with you on Kash Patel. He needs to be as close as possible to President Trump as his best Fireman putting out the blazes as they continually pop up.

Hi,k there, RD. Brains is Vivek and cat box chips is Obama. If Obama were stupid enough to debate Vivek, the white towel would be thrown into the ring after the first two minutes. V wouldn't even break a sweat.
Agree—Vivek would easily out-debate Obama. Obama’s whole problem is that in his development years he either must not have encountered, or avoided, articulate speakers who would have challenged his Marxist BS. Marxism is a deficient system that can’t handle debate in the light of day. Hence all the censorship and a liberal populace that runs away from discussion.
GREAT SPEAKERS, ok both are. BRAIN POWER..... Obama is a natural DICTATOR, ACCENT on DIC. VIVEK is virtually UNKNOWN at this time. We HAVE NO TIME FOR a VP IN TRAINING. There are several super intelligent candidates who do not need a brand new INTRODUCTION or a TRAINING PERIOD.
He is a very successful business man. Clearly not a product of affirmative action like Obama and Kamala. He is not a product of wealth. He is smart enough to see that TRUMP is the right person. What is unreal is that people are still supporting Biden and the Democrat agenda. And even if you believe in "white privelge", he does not fall into that nonsense . He has not made his money by "government".
I love the things Vivek says and the way he is not afraid to call out the press or RINOs. My hesitancy with him stems from two things. First, the way he made his fortune. It was in pharma and it was dishonest at best, if my source material was accurate and didn’t leave anything out. Secondly, I saw a video of him years ago asking Lyin’ Biden a question and it wasn’t a hostile one. So did he start out as a Dem and see the light? Is he honest? Or is he just trying to gain attention, wealth, or fame/power with his natural gifts any way he can and with anyone he can?
I did enjoy seeing him play the piano. That was honest, as it was very good but not perfect. I was impressed.
Not that it is any of your concern, but I was replying to an earlier commenter who mentioned he didn't want to lose Viveck to DC because Viveck's wife was his friend's oncologist. I was questioning that was her discipline as I had heard she was a surgeon. You might want to dial back your caffeine consumption before you blow a gasket.
Thank You for this intelligent post. WE KNOW NOTHING about youg Ramaswamy except that he SPEAKS WELL AND CLEARLY. KASH PATEL is the most intelligent MAN OD thE DAY and would be excellent as VP, knowing the Constitution and our Government from top to bottom. I also like GENERAL FLYNN as he would keep his finger on the button of Power which would help TRUMP and show the DEMS what real power is. No time for BIG LOUD MOUTHED DEMOCRATS to continue to SHOVE CITIZENS AROUND WITH A VARIETY OF CRAP IDEAS THAT ONLY PAD THEIR OWN POCKETS.
Trump has included eliminating the Dept of Education in his standard stump speech this primary season. He needs whoever the CEO of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet to perform the liquidation sale.
Abbott and Paxton are great, but bringing both up to the swamp might weaken Texas too much right now for the Rovians to sneak someone into the reins of power as successor.
Abbot is a Bushie. He is not closing the border. He closed Eagle Pass, a small portion of the border, after FOUR YEARS. He is not deporting illegal immigrants, he is shipping them deep into our country. The "showdown" with the feds is a show to garner RINO votes this election cycle.
YEP. I totally agree!! He is over 4 years late and a dollar short. I think he's using his current actions as a fundraising stunt. BUT, I'd rather have at least the appearance of closing part of the border than NOTHING at all. Sad choices.
No kidding. The single BIGLY thing he did to improve our lives was unleashing American produced hydrocarbon energy. A result of that was the Bush clan - Permian Basin guardians in Texas - lost their monopoly on LNG production which is why they are part of the Cabal to remove him. The 'cowboys' are now making a 700% increase in profits selling to Europe... Funny how the Nord stream spontaneously combusted... Not.
Permian Basin guardians? Tell me more, please. I was raised in the Permian Basin and never knew the Bushes to do much more than fail when they tried to strike it rich in the oil fields. Maybe they networked and gained power behind the scenes through political means?
When I say Bush, I mean the Junta that has surrounded them since Prescott was doing business with the Nazi's in the '30s. The same type of 'republicans' who just tried to impeach Paxton. Neoliberals. The entire swath is connected to Wall Street in many ways. They are control freaks(probably not W) who work to control the supply side on everything they touch. See @MikeBenz.
ok, lET'S JUST KEEP DIGGING INTO A GRAB-BAG OF UNKNOWN, UNVETTED ORDINARY CITIZENS FROM ALL AROUND THE COUNTRY.... SURELY THERE IS SOMEONE WHO WORKS PART TIME ON A GOLF COURSE AND KNOWS A LOT OF IMPORTANT FOLKS IN BUBBAVILLE, USA WHO WOULD LOOK NICE IN THE WHITE HOUSE.... lots of cleaning up needs to be done there. we are not choosing a "personality", WE ARE AT WAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When you truly contemplate what “environment” Trump and his new Cabinet picks will be walking into, it can only be equated to the frontlines of a “hot war”.
Thus, the qualifications any one member MUST have need to include balls of steel.
They each must have an attitude and determination that is unflinching and bordering on ruthless, as they will be pitted against the veritable gates of hell.
No room for any sort of “politician” of any sort anymore. They got us into this mess in the first place. The gloves must be off and thrown to the wind.
We need the likes of Joshua’s, David’s, Patton’s, and whoever the General was who said, “Nuts”.
Our country will be facing a whole new battle arena which will include upheaval, unrest and forces of incalculable evil fighting to prevent its demise.
There can be no room for pity or pardon or mercy. They have shown none.
We are engaged in an existential battle for the life, soul and continued existence of the American experiment.
Whoever is to be included in that Cabinet has to be fully aware of this fact, committed and resolved to that battle, and beyond courageous in seeing to it that it is won.
We’re not in Kansas anymore, Dorothy.
We are in uncharted and exceedingly dangerous waters.
The difference between what we will be doing and instituting is that we will actually be upholding and implementing the Constitution. And no one said you have to nice and polite about that.
The Constitution and the laws on the books. We don’t need any “reform” legislation on immigration. Been there, done that —at least two times in my lifetime and it’s only gotten worse. Just enforce the existing laws! And throw out the lottery immigration that was started under Clinton. Was that an executive order or a law? It’s crazy to let any one person to come in not knowing their outlook on our founding principles, especially when they are from third world countries that hate us.
And while we are at it, take down the Emma Lazarus poem from the Statue of Liberty!
Suzie, great article and well thought out. I would like to add something that has been bothering me: how to get the cabinet throught the Senate; wheather it is Republican or Democrate. One thing Trump could do is appoint an Acting Director. They can serve 210 days and if the Senate still had not approved someone they could go another 210 days. I don't know anything after that but maybe Trump could pick another Acrting Direcor to go another two years.
"The list of trustworthy Republican governors is smaller than it appears in the mirror. DeWine of Ohio is DeWorst. Some surgeon should offer to transition him into a man." Superb. Just sent that to my extended family in Cleveland.
The Left knows that the New Trump is a lot wiser than the old one - and now he's pissed-off. They are going to pull out all the stops, and they are making plans behind the scenes. Normal People have GOT to wake up and get involved, and I mean now.
He was thinking he had to at least go through the motions of opposing the bill to satisfy his donors (hospitals and medical people is the sex change business)
UNITED SOVEREIGN AMERICANS https://unite4freedom.com is a group I urge EVERYONE to check out, get involved in your state, and DONATE TO. I promise you that their effort has the real potential to be the game changer we all are wanting to see!!!
I don’t know the group but pac’s are a huge cottage business today that take in billions of dollars, largely without scrutiny. Most are in business to fund large salaries and little else. But I’ll give them a look. Maybe they are different.
The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops will not be friendly with Trump. Trump surely knows they are one of the biggest benefactors and promoters of the flow of illegal aliens. Only the Catholic bishops of Africa have been publicly against the NGO recruitment and bribing of their youngest and best to migrate to Europe. Over here in the west, the USCCB is paid hush money by the U.S. government for every migrant they serve.
Granted, a Catholic welcome wagon would keep the vulnerable out of the hands of sex traffickers, but the entire operation is a money laundering scheme created and operated by the criminal organization masquerading as a political party, the Democrats.
Exact-a-mundo. A great Catholic priest of my acquaintance, who once served as secretary to two cardinals, once described the USCCB to me as "a bunch of gay, Puerto Rican Marxists with a multi-million dollar budget."
Suzie, I debated with myself whether to use the word “should” or “would” in the sex trafficking sentence. I hope you’re wrong, but I fear you are not. Such is the state of trust—or lack thereof—I have for our shepherds.
I haven’t finished the article yet but had to detour to respond about the Conference of Catholic Bishops. Trump should stay as far away from them as possible. With a couple of exceptions, they’re a bunch of left wingers happily following our socialist pope into the destruction of the Church. If parochial schools far outshine public schools (and my daughter attended Catholic girls’ school for 8 years), it is in spite of the bishops, not because of them.
As well as aiding and abetting the massive illegal invasion of our border!
They should be nowhere near the Whitehoise!
(And sort of off-topic, but Trump has to exit and Kick the UN out of the US. They are also hugely responsible for the border invasion, every step of their way, and are full-fledged enemies of this country!)
I am voting early, and often for the Suber Cabinet. Great choices all across the board. One outsider will still be needed: a goon with a rap sheet. A guy that will be Trump's attack dog. Give him any administrative title you can come up with, just make it one the left will shit their pants over.
Were you aware Kid backed off of that charade and hem-hawed about cancel culture and was seen drinking Bud Light? He is a stage show. Just not sure about his real conviction.
I’m gonna like anyone who can deliver an iron fist in a velvet glove. An obvious facial scar or two is going to be a plus. He or she needs to look half decent in a blazer though!😊
Presidential citations for bravery need to also be awarded to average citizens. Call it the brass knuckle award for eliminating elements of the swamp..
Don't forget the two most providential cabinet members of Trumps: Bob Lighthizer and Wilbur Ross. Those cats deregulated us by the tens of thousands and shifted trade policies that led to deflation.
Every 'conservative' pundit bitches about the hirings of the Trumpster - by the second half of his term he had outed the RINO's and was firing on most cylinders.
I thought Sessions was a great pick, but the Deep State was afraid so they lawfared him leaving him neutered.
Trump fired Comey and viola' - Special Counsel™ time. And he is STILL fighting the Deep State today. You think they were going to let him clean house? Now we all know who these people are.
Kudos to Don Surber for beginning a discussion and exploration about the people most likely to MAGA in federal office. My concern about Ramaswamy is that he was a pharmaceutical executive and Big Pharma has worked with the federal government on bioweapons to depopulate the globe. It is therefore difficult for me to trust anyone who makes or made money in Big Pharma as our FDA and other agencies are revolving doors for Big Pharma. We have a system in which the government regulators are "regulating" their own companies. I think Ben Carson is a good candidate for VP. He has the spiritual strength our country is going to need going forward, and also is extremely bright and compassionate. (Sundance suggested his name, which is where I got the idea). I also disagree with Doug Borgum for HHS secretary for this reason: if he is a Microsoft millionaire, I would be afraid he would be in Bill Gate's pocket. Bill Gates is probably the foremost criminal in the euthanasia program called COVID 19. So putting someone who has benefited from Gates' platform in office of HHS is very dangerous. As federal law now reads, all it takes is the say so of the Secretary of HHS to call a national medical emergency, and once this is called, we get all the trappings of fascism back: Operation Warp Speed was not a public health program but run by the DoD under the Joint Chiefs. In fact, SARS COV2 was actually a bioweapon created in a lab and the gene therapy mislabeled as a vaccine was also a bioweapon contracted for by the DoD. As such the government contracted for these poisons to be injected in every man, woman, and child, and thus committed democide. We can never allow this to happen again. The Trump Administration is going to have to repeal all the laws on the books, including the PREP act passed when he was President, that make it "legal" to murder Americans and never be held liable, whether you are a doctor, nurse, hospital, or pharmaceutical company. The Secretary of HHS should be a courageous MD who stood up for patients' rights and told the truth during the COVID period. Or it can be an MD who is a medical ethicist who understands that what happened during COVID can never happen again.
I like Mike Flynn a lot and respect him deeply. However, he has recently said that Israel should be on her own to fight Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and Iran. That surprised me, but he's entitled to his opinion. But because of that I wouldn't want him as Defense Secretary. I believe Israel should become independent of the US militarily, it is better for Israel. But to try to make that happen NOW in the middle of the war would be pretty devastating. I think he should be involved in winding down the surveillance state, reforming the NSA and reforming the CIA, both of which are in desperate need of reform if we are ever to be a Constitutional Republic again.
Also we need reform in Congress. Any ideas anyone? Where do we begin?
I live in a blue state and thus I have zero representation in Congress. Writing to any of my representatives or senators is an exercise in futility, worse, it might get me investigated. How do we change this?
I agree we need to basically tear down the FBI and start over. Counter-intelligence needs to be reformed, as it is being used as a political tool against Obama's enemies. In fact, Obama, Hillary, and other treasonous executives have an "all of government" approach, i.e., they use all of government to try to annihilate, imprison, defame, destroy, and expunge any individual who might work against them politically or who might expose their treason. This has to end, even if we have to fire everyone in every government agency to do it. There have been thousands and thousands of people laid off recently, so there won't be a problem hiring new patriots for the jobs that anti-American Trump haters have held.
QUOTE: "I agree we need to basically tear down the FBI and start over." Sorry, I only agree with the first part. We have far more so-called intelligence agencies than we need; this is why it finally came to light that the FBI, for one, made up its own criminal conspiracies. Abolish it. You would find support for that even in Congress, among those who remember that J Edgar Hoover, that early dress-wearing pioneer, kept files on all the politicians so he could control them.
“The Secretary of HHS should be a courageous MD who stood up for patients' rights and told the truth during the COVID period. Or it can be an MD who is a medical ethicist who understands that what happened during COVID can never happen again.”
It's more than just the FBI that needs to go. It was not the only agency that sabotaged Trump's first term. Besides these crooked intelligence agencies MANY other useless and harmful ones like the Department of Education need to go as well.
I will not be getting on the Jim Justice bandwagon. I would not vote for him as dogcatcher let alone, senator. He has shown dishonesty in his business dealings with paying back loans on his coal businesses. He also demonstrated a complete lack of character years ago when stopped by a deputy sheriff for a traffic stop which was caught on the deputy's cam. This occurred just before he switched from party affiliation. Yes, he was a Democrat and I think he still is on the inside. The video was available online but probably has since been scrubbed. This deputy was assaulted verbally and ruthlessly. He filed the traffic charge but I think someone higher up took care it didn't go anywhere. Justice is scum. Next time I'll tell you how I really feel.
The entire State Department, root and branch, must be fired, some possibly imprisoned, evacuated, fumigated and rebuilt from the ground up. They have been responsible for more horrors in the world than could possibly even be recorded!
While Abbott is lukewarm at best -- he keeps his finger wet -- he would make a good DHS director for all the reasons you cite. We'd like to keep Ken Paxton (and Dan Patrick) here in Texas because there are way too many trans-Republicans in our GOP -- just look at our House of Representatives -- and the rot goes all the way down to many of our county organizations. But I think we're turning the tide.
Anyway. DJT already has a good bench for AG. It looks like he may already have settled on Jim Clark, and he's a hammer.
Don't disband the FBI until all of their sins have been exposed. I have a list, and I want names.
I hate to be the turd in the punchbowl, but I have to warn folks not to fall for the Paxton-mania. I did vote for him in the primary run-off last election but that was because I thought it better to put the final nail in George P. Bush's coffin first. Paxton's only virtue is he pushes back against the fed. But I believe there was a lot of merit in the impeachment charges against him. The House screwed up horribly by not holding hearings first before they voted the articles out; if they had done that and been more deliberate I suspect the outcome in the Senate trial would have been different (and to be clear, I think the current speaker of the house is an absolute disaster).
Abbott going to a Trump administration position would cause all sorts of issues. Dan Patrick would automatically become governor, which would be an improvement on Abbott by far. But that means there'd be an acting lieutenant governor for two years. Most people don't realize that the lite guv position is actually much more powerful than the governor. Patrick overall has done a good job; I'd hate to see that position fall to someone less competent.
This is a fine column, Mr. Surber. Everyone on Capitol Hill should be required to read it -- including especially staffers. I particularly like your suggestion regarding Michael Flynn. That guy was hung out to dry by some really nasty people. If he had a twin, that twin should be put in charge of the FBI. Better yet, the Department of Justice. "He's not a lawyer," you say? Even better. How well have Justice and the American people been served by lawyers? Eric Holder? Merrick Garland? I rest my case.
I know you don't like Chris Christy -- i don't either -- but he would be good at the UN or even SecState. He'd tell those miscreants where to get off. And speaking of SecState, you didn't suggest what to do with John Effin Kerry. Can't leave him out of the lineup. I suggest sending him to Leavenworth. It's not exactly a cabinet position, but he's not exactly cabinet material.
I voted for Crenshaw to primary. Good warrior, POS lump of a congressman. So Don, your picks are well thought out. No problem with most of them except Ramaswamy. I would need to know a lot more about him before considering him. In any regard, he is too young and has no experience in political business to be in office. He would cause more problems than he fixed. My choice for VP would be either Carson or DeSantis but the latter is damaged goods right now and comes from same state as Trump so not an option. Carson is a good choice because he is very hard to attack and he remains cool while debating folks. Betsy De Vos should come back and end the Dept of Ed as her only mission. LTG (ret) Flynn is perfect for Def Sec AND Sec State. Make him both. It would be a big improvement over the two zeros we have right now and give him some control of this mess. Make no mistake, the biggest obstacle to Trumps administration is going to be the unelected bureaucracy and the do-nothing GOP. McConnell needs to be gone as Majority Leader before the next congress is seated too. So does Mz. Lyndsay Graham. Hope it happens.
That unelected bureaucracy is a HUGE problem. How to fix it? Over my lifetime, I watched as the Dems cleaned house and put in their choices for bureaucrats, but when any GOP President did the same on a much smaller scale, the Enemedia was writing headlines about partisanship and poor, unfortunate souls losing their jobs. End result is those jobs are now owned by leftists who work the agenda regardless of who is the President.
One way to kneecap worthless bureaucrats is to move them out of D.C. I think Kansas and Oklahoma should receive a couple of Cabinet HQs each. Moving these Swamp critters to the hinterlands would get a lot of them to resign never to be replaced. State should beef up their consulates in places like Libya, Nigeria, and Somalia with a bunch of leftist drones who will bail out faster than rats leaving a sinking ship.
I really like Ben Carson but differ with you on how he would debate. He would get creamed in a debate hosted by the likes of any of the media pundits who would cut him off as he was making an important point.
I have had the pleasure of seeing Mr. Carson up close in action and I promise you, Mr. Carson does not suffer fools nor does he walk away from a debate. He is measured in responses, and I believe he is one of those people who knows how not to throw gas on a fire he is trying to subdue. He is not fiery, but he is a dog on a bone nonetheless.
I haven't had the good graces to see see Dr. Carson in person, but I have seen him in videos and even some he had made when he had run for President before. I know he is a strong, knowledgeable person and I'd vote for him for President if he was nominated. The point I was trying to make was the bias, dishonesty, and downright nastiness of the moderators in previous debates. Think Chris Wallace against Trump.
Thinking about having this cabinet staffed with outsiders and proven loyalists to MAGA is inspiring. If only we can get a Congress that will be able to make greater progress than in recent years. Put this cabinet and a Congress that has replaced the many GOP lunk-heads who are retiring with MAGA candidates would be a miracle.
Not Vivek for VP for a couple reasons.
1) His wife’s my friends oncologist here in Columbus, and we need her to stay, relatively unencumbered.
2) Though Vivek went into business rather than politics, he still smells to me like a class president & national spelling bee champ, fulfilling his mom’s hopes & dreams.

I am with you on Kash Patel. He needs to be as close as possible to President Trump as his best Fireman putting out the blazes as they continually pop up.
Plus he knows where many of the bodies are that IC’s buried.
The first job I would give him is to make everyone of the “51” that lied about Hunter’s laptop rue the day they were born. FAFO!!
Spot on. Personal accountability needs to be returned to our government, not just reshuffling.
aBAOLUTELY CORRECT! tHIS IS THE MOST INTELLIGENT MAN ON MANY LEVELS WHO LOVES OUR COUNTRY AND HAS BEEN SPEAKING FOR AMERICAN CITIZENS FOR YEARS NOW. THANK YOU!
Kash would be great in any position, but DNI or CIA stand out. Although, I think Mike Flynn might also be good in either of those positions. He knows where the bodies are buried and who buried them.
This country owes Mike Flynn any job he chooses to want.
AMEN AND AMEN. I LOVE THAT HIS FACE NEXT TO TRUMP WOULD PUT THE FEAR OF GOD INTO EVERY EMPTY HEADED DEMOCRAT.
Agreed. The left destroyed Mike financially, but he’s going to get the last laugh and be ok long term. Democrats are just so vicious, and utterly stupid.
I do not understand how people believe this is a personality contest. WE ARE AT WAR IN THE US! Is everyone on crack now?
Flynn at CIA for the win, Patel as ODNI
Richard, We DO NOT need Mike Pompeo for anything, especially Sec. of State or CIA.
I vote for Kash to lead the DOJ.
Pompeo? Dead in the Water....gone forever. DONE.
I don’t know... Fetterman’s brain is healing and every day now he sounds more rational and more patriotic. His stroke may have cured his progressivism. He might be the pick😂
I don’t know what Trump will do. He understands the nature of the beast now. But he’s very unpredictable. I hope he doesn’t sabotage himself or allow somebody else to sabotage his next go round. EXACTLY! I SEE A FANTASTIC CABINET BEING FORMED!
Spot on with Patel .
THANK YOU! 100% KASH PATEL!
Agreed. Im not sold on VR either. He talks well, but so did Obama.
Ozero could only read a teleprompter.
Be the change that is the hope you want to change. Also, I hope you will give me all of your spare change.
With my spare change you can almost eat at Wendys.
Vivek is still "the Apprentice", not yet ready for the main job. His potential is exciting though, especially if he gets training from the Master.
So did Bill Clinton.
Before I wised up (somewhat) I voted for Carter (& soon regretted it), and Clinton’s first term. It wasn’t so much that he talked well, it was that he could take a real question and give a real answer, unlike ReadMyLips daddy Bush.
I had the exact same experience. This country was doomed the second that Bushed Sr looked down at his watch during that infamous debate.
Was a total liar & still is. It was his CIA/FBI that allowed 911 to happen. All the prep work was done during his admin. Bush was/still to stupid to realize it.
Sed to know a Stephen Wolf. Where you from?
Ohio
Cincinnati?
Went to hs in Columbus with a Stephen Wolf that, I seem to recollect, moved to Cincy.
But he’s saying very different things from what Obama said. The question is does he mean them or is he just saying what he knows people want to hear.
I believe Vivek loves America as much as Donald Trump but has a few liberal tendencies to conquer as he matures. He will be a force for good in the near future under PDJTs guidance.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH. WE ARE AT WAR, NO TIME TO TRAIN YOUNGSTERS, REGARDLESS OF THEIR PATRIOTISM. WE ARE WAY BEYOND THIS BABY STEP. love, Great Grandma
That is always the problem we have, isnt it?
Marlan is right. An unfortunate comparison. You're comparing brains (VR) and PR chips in the cat litter box (Ob).
I have no idea what the heck you are talking about but then I could say that about a lot of things:)
Hi,k there, RD. Brains is Vivek and cat box chips is Obama. If Obama were stupid enough to debate Vivek, the white towel would be thrown into the ring after the first two minutes. V wouldn't even break a sweat.

LIKE WHAT, EXACTLY??????????? HE SPEAKS WELL AND CLEARLY. READY FOR THE WHITEHOUSE????? PLEASE PULL YOURSELF BACK TO REALITY.
He is a very successful business man. Clearly not a product of affirmative action like Obama and Kamala. He is not a product of wealth. He is smart enough to see that TRUMP is the right person. YEP. I totally agree!! He is over 4 years late and a dollar short. I think he's using his current actions as a fundraising stunt. BUT, I'd rather have at least the appearance of closing part of the border than NOTHING at all. Sad choices.
Paxton is tough and deserving. Roll out the red carpet for his arrival in DC.
Ronaldus tried to get rid of the Dept of Ed a year after it was created and failed. I support Trump if he will try; it will be difficult.
EVERYTHING will be difficult!
Not.
Biden recently and seemingly out of the blue just shut down LNG production and export indefinitely.
That will not only hurt us - again, but will hurt Europe, esp. Germany as well. WTF?
I think they shut down new energy, not existing.

Good point.
ok, lET'S JUST KEEP DIGGING INTO A GRAB-BAG OF UNKNOWN, UNVETTED ORDINARY CITIZENS FROM ALL AROUND THE COUNTRY....
The Cabinet has to reflect that reality.
They should hoist the Black Flag going in. For those who don't know, the Black Flag signals "no quarter" -- i.e. take no prisoners.
And that was McCauliffe at Bastogne.
As H. L. Mencken put it: "Every normal man must be tempted at times to spit upon his hands, hoist the black flag and begin slitting throats."
The Jolly Roger might be more appropriate😀
For sure!!!
Ah yes, McCauliffe - thanks!!
Great offering! The gloves have to be off, and stay off.
Agreed, but we don’t need to become what we are fighting in the process.
The difference between what we will be doing and instituting is that we will actually be upholding and implementing the Constitution. And no one said you have to nice and polite about that.
They have been doing the exact opposite.
Amen Suzie, You Go Girl!
Suzie for something!--Which post would most interest you, Suzie?
Suzie, great article and well thought out. I would like to add something that has been bothering me: how to get the cabinet throught the Senate; wheather it is Republican or Democrate. One thing Trump could do is appoint an Acting Director. They can serve 210 days and if the Senate still had not approved someone they could go another 210 days. I don't know anything after that but maybe Trump could pick another Acrting Direcor to go another two years.
https://www.rpc.senate.gov/policy-papers/understanding-the-federal-vacancies-reform-act
I don't trust the Senate AT ALL.
Didn't the DeWine's veto of the transgender bill get overridden by the Ohio senate? What was the runt thinking?
He was thinking he had to at least go through the motions of opposing the bill to satisfy his donors (hospitals and medical people is the sex change business)
Yes. They were also the C19 murderers. The hospitals must be held responsible for their knowable non-health care.
As well as DeWine for trying to protect them.
De Whines veto was cya to the donors.
It was overridden by both the House and the Senate.
Not much apparently.
THEY ARE NOT A PAC!!!!!!!!!!
"The list of trustworthy Republican governors is smaller than it appears in the mirror." !!!
First thing Trump must do is stop all foreign aid until we have our budgets under control.
Two thumbs up Red.
They are sex traffickers! In on it from the git-go!
Suzie, I debated with myself whether to use the word “should” or “would” in the sex trafficking sentence. I hope you’re wrong, but I fear you are not. Such is the state of trust—or lack thereof—I have for our shepherds.
Its no secret that the church is going the wrong way today. They have lost their way and need a pope who is not a socialist.
Amen Suzie !!
Parochial schools and public schools ain't what they use to be.
Don, I love reading an old guy like you. Your first paragraph had me hearing Al Jolson in my head.
You and Mark Steyn are my Smithsonian.
A George Gershwin song
Do you mean like: A Foggy Day? Let's Call the Whole Thing Off? Nice Work If You Can Get It? They Can't Take That Away From Me?
I am voting early, and often for the Suber Cabinet. Great choices all across the board. One outsider will still be needed: a goon with a rap sheet. A guy that will be Trump's attack dog. Give him any administrative title you can come up with, just make it one the left will shit their pants over.
Kid Rock?
Chief Ranger, Jellystone Park
Kinda like the way he machine gunned all the cases of Bud Lite. He's in the running, for sure.
Were you aware Kid backed off of that charade and hem-hawed about cancel culture and was seen drinking Bud Light? He is a stage show. Just not sure about his real conviction.
Yes, I saw the interview. He had stated his opinion, but apparently caved to Anheuser Busch pressure. Still, he did make his opinion known.
Ok. A better idea: Ted Nugent😊
Nugent is MAGA on roids FFF
AMEN! to that idea. Better lead licks and he is clean and sober.
Was it pressure or money? I think money from AB bought Dana White and UFC.
Head of CIA. Couldnt hurt. 😂
Isn’t that Steve Millers thing… Mr Full Metal Jacket?
Outstanding idea. Why didn’t I think of that.
Maybe Dana White?
Certainly an option but that little set too he had with his wife is going to cost him and the admin with women voters, no?
Maybe the Warriors Draymond Green, who gets thrown out of NBA games and got suspended? Those are qualifying characteristics, don't you think?
I’m gonna like anyone who can deliver an iron fist in a velvet glove. An obvious facial scar or two is going to be a plus. He or she needs to look half decent in a blazer though!😊
Presidential citations for bravery need to also be awarded to average citizens. Call it the brass knuckle award for eliminating elements of the swamp..
Hah! 🤣
You are so right Danimal But I also liked Mnuchin and Navarro
Yes sir I just used two rather than include hundreds.
Yes, but his judgement was horrendous regarding the Justice Department. Jeff Sessions? Not firing Comey? Wray?
I thought Sessions was a great pick, but the Deep State was afraid so they lawfared him leaving him neutered.
Trump fired Comey and viola' - Special Counsel™ time. And he is STILL fighting the Deep State today. You think they were going to let him clean house? Now we all know who these people are.
F the brooms and shovels /excavator needed to do the job.
One of the best things we could do for Israel right now is to stop funding their enemies.
Absolutely 100% correct.
Spot on Ep.
Shut down the Capitol, and reopen it without a center aisle.
works for me.
Dr. Joseph Ladapo.
It's been a Leftist cesspool for decades.
I had almost as much fun reading this as Don did writing it.
Amen
Paxton or Patrick for Governor of Texas, because Texas truly needs a course correction, and is invaluable to the country.
Chris Christy belongs at Krispy Kreme pulling donuts out of his pocket to entertain customers (assuming he could squeeze through the door).
You are on target. The "family" is incestuous so break up the family and scatter it to the far corners of the country.
Faith brings miracles.
Personally, I don't want a congress that does anything but hamstring itself through internecine dysfunction.
If it remained in gridlock until eternity it would be far too soon.
