The indictment of President Trump is hooey. Washington no more cares about national security than it cares about Poca Dot football or whether I finally am allowed by my wife to buy that Bentley. I don’t know about the leaders in your state, but in West Virginia they stand with the people, the president and the Constitution.
It will be instructive to see how Republican politicians react to this banana republic indictment. The usual suspects will say Trump had it coming but what about the fence sitters? We shall see if they realize that Trump is just the first target, others will follow if Trump's prosecution succeeds.

The National Archives refused to assist during the transition from Trump to Slo Joe.Trump has means and money to defend himself. He has “gone awry” from the approved function of the deep state. Hillary wasn’t held accountable (yet) for her obvious illegal behavior. She was part of the big club and hence no legal repercussions. Slo Joe is as well. Hunter, maybe not so much.
But when you or I go “awry”what will happen to us? What hell hole jail awaits us? Ask the J6 folks that question.
Trump’s indictment had to have happened now as the heat on the Biden family’s corruption is getting intense. This announcement took that off the front page. Republican legislators have to worker harder and be louder about the Biden grift. It’s breathtaking to be sure.

I also am convinced that in order to restore the rule of law, it must be abandoned that justice be served.
I want to see every Biden's; every Obama's; W's; Dick (was there every a more appropriate name?), and Liz Cheney's; Barr's; every Clinton's; Milley's; and Lloyd Austin's heads on the tips of standards in front of the White House.
I want there to be mass hangings of federal judges (including CJR, and Coney-Barrett), congressional RINOs, reporters and all the way up to senior editorial staff and management of every mainstream media outlet, every flag and general officer of each branch of the military - fill their places with capable and competent NCOs, and members of the executive staffs of every administration going all the way back to HW.
Raze damn near all of DC, burn it, and salt the ground.
Round up, incarcerate, and disband the CPD, convict the mayor in a military tribunal, then have her shot by a firing squad.

I enjoyed reading the litany of stories where the action achieved the opposite outcome. Now, the momentum is building for Trump to make that happen IF we can disconnect the lawfare over-ride they are using. Unfortunately, if we are successful in switching off the lawfare approach, their last plan of action may be lethal and final, if you know what I mean. This notion was mentioned the other day in the comments. We're all thinking about that happening at any time. Trump has fought this battle alone like a brave soldier on the front lines. Now THAT is a true scandal of extraordinary proportions!
Yet, here we have our ex-president targeted with trumped up charges - once again for the umpteenth time -that nearly everyone in Washington could be charged with were they to be true. And Trump is still waiting for the trial from Bragg, the grand jury investigation in GA, and more charges from Special Prosecutor Smith related to January 6th. This is utter madness!! No worse: it is deliberate and so utterly lawless and maniacal it boggles the mind. And anyone who can’t see that is just willfully blind or stupid beyond hope. I hesitate to say it but these people are beyond redemption.
I wish I believed in elections, but I do not. I honestly don’t know how we ever can restore our government that is so thoroughly and irredeemably corrupt, through and through.
