I do not believe WP graduates can be commissioned as Second Lieutenants in the United States Marine Corps. The USMC is part of the Department of the Navy.

She dismissed the turnout as a small area that is not representative of the state, and went on to say emphatically that Trump will lose New York. I grinned from ear-to-ear thinking about how she will eat her words. Trump claimed title to New York that day. He will not only win the state, he will clean up the streets of New York City, and spend four years shaming Hochul, and shoving his presidential victory up her ass.
Perhaps Trump will take New York but as Hochul's election proved the NY elections are rigged and their legislature has no intention of correcting it. Hochul's republican opponent would have won if not for NYC.
Unfortunately history repeats. We had to have a Jimma Carter to get A Ronald Reagan, we had to have an Obama to get Trump. This time around we had to see an election stolen to clean up our election laws to bring back the rightful President. We can only hope and pray that our work around the country will pay off and the democrat party will have Trump obsessed itself into oblivion.

I am a kind of 'live and let live' person and wish that government was smaller with fewer regulations that hamper folks from living their best lives. I'm waiting for someone being threatened to have taken a hidden video or recording of the threat, and post it online for the world to see. Word Salad Harris would have been unable to cast the most tiebreaking votes ever by a VP. Without Senate control. the Biden-Harris-Schumer legislative agenda would have been muted rather than rampaging. Really good point. I never knew anything concrete about the Libertarian Party, but had assumed it was mostly made up of particularly freedom-conscious folks. I bet alot of people on the Right side of the continuum have innocently voted Libertarian for that reason. But anyone who saw those videos from their convention will not make that mistake again this November.

We are at war, for the nation we once loved is being overrun by criminals and thugs and unholy evil of immense proportions. That is not hyperbole. It is the truth.
Trump is rallying every single person, man woman, old and young, to come to the aid of their country in this time of great peril, to resist the evil and choose the good.

What I also like about Nigel Farage is that he's an articulate and dynamic communicator. Even if Trump is elected, we still have a crucial job to do in continuing to wake up and "red pill" the American population to realize how destructive the Left's ideology and actions have been. Nigel Farage would help educate Americans. He could really function as one of Trump's "surrogates" with the news media.
I saw a video of the Libertarian convention where a tranny was hauled out of the room while DJT was speaking. The scene was chaotic with people yelling and milling about. If this is what the Libertarian Party's nominating convention is like, these clowns belong in their parents' basement and no where near the levers of governmental power.
The video certainly was not a good look for the party of wackos Jim but I am glad it is out there.
The thing is that, in many ways, I identify as a libertarian (lower case l). I am a kind of 'live and let live' person and wish that government was smaller with fewer regulations that hamper folks from living their best lives. Having said that, the Libertarian Party (upper case L) seems to consist of eccentric folks who seem somewhat reasonable on the surface, but are a couple of bricks shy of a load when it comes to living in the real world. As a stand alone entity, their Party is doomed to long term irrelevance and only serves to pull votes away from others.

I told some of the Trump federal appointees in the first term, you need to move all the career executives to new jobs. They had created little fiefdoms. 1/3 are capable of executive headship and will do fine in a new assignment. 1/3 will quit outright. The last third will be exposed as incompetent and be removed from service. This time, he just needs to fire the entire senior executive service, then refill only 1/4 of the positions.
Oddly enough, a bureaucracy is designed on purpose to limit or avoid the spoils systems of days gone by. It is supposed to be composed of capable apolitical employees. How do you fix our polluted deep state without creating another polluted deep state? The military is supposed to be apolitical as an example. Obey the order unless it's illegal. There is perhaps a racist dimension at work here also. As to the poll, I’d say it was, hands down, not jailing Hillary, as that would have not only sent electric shock waves into the Left, that there ARE consequences for their betrayals, but might well have staved off so many of the nefarious plots and plans that the Dems had up their sleeves to derail the Trump presidency.
This poll was above average in toughness. I chose "playing nice" since I thought that was close to "all of the above".
That would have been my second choice, as, you’re correct: his “too trusting” nature caused most of his problems.
I understand your thought and reasoning and would have loved to see it but, I seriously doubt he'd have been able to jail Hillary back then. I don't know if he could have found a judge willing to do so. Threats and coercion, then and now, will hamper any prosecution of these people. I'd be willing to bet that some of the Republican's in the Congress are being threatened now.

I'm waiting for someone being threatened to have taken a hidden video or recording of the threat, and post it online for the world to see. Would take tremendous courage, but if the video identifies the person doing the threatening it should get that person arrested--removing THAT individual's ability to make good on their threats. Although there would be a backup in the shadows who might retaliate in a big way.
But I think this situation arises continually in human life over all of human history. Bullies bully, and the longer it goes on, the more power they amass, and the harder and more dangerous they are to stop. Human civilization has always depended on the courageous ones to STOP the bullies, and one thing we do know, it is easier to stop them immediately when they first start threatening.

The Libertarian Party, aka, The Ship of Fools, does create consequences. It's very successful business is to elect Democrats. The State of Georgia, a battleground state, serves as an ideal example. Without the votes going to Libertarian Party candidates, Georgia would today be represented in Congress by two Republicans rather than two anti-American Dems. Trump would have won Georgia in 2020 by more than 50,000 despite the gross cheating., In all three races, those who voted for a Libertarian Party candidate exceeded the margin of victory for the Democrats. Consider how different our country would be today with two more Republican Senators. Republicans would have controlled the Senate during Biden's tenure. Word Salad Harris would have been unable to cast the most tiebreaking votes ever by a VP. Without Senate control. the Biden-Harris-Schumer legislative agenda would have been muted rather than rampaging. Libertarians, those self-proclaimed defenders of American conservative values, do create consequences. All bad. As they say in the South, "Bless their little hearts."
Really good point. I never knew anything concrete about the Libertarian Party, but had assumed it was mostly made up of particularly freedom-conscious folks. I bet alot of people on the Right side of the continuum have innocently voted Libertarian for that reason. But anyone who saw those videos from their convention will not make that mistake again this November.
It's another fascinating example that Trump keeps finding himself in situations that on the surface--and for most people--would be pretty damaging; but they unexpectedly end up really benefiting Trump. In this case, he may have just captured another chunk of the voting demographics. Yay!

There wasn't so much as murmur during the ceremony. There was hardly a murmur before or after. The reverence was overwhelming. I had a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye.
