Nothing is left out of this one. Except I’ll bet that Christie doesn’t have even 2% support. I think he’s just an actor in his own play. The only people who show up are people coming in out of the rain. The only (awful) image I have of him in my mind is him hugging Obama. Creepy as all get out.

I got tired a long time ago with writers using the introductory trope, "Although he...blah blah...rough...blah...his personality...yet we blah blah". I have absolutely no trouble with Trump's personality. He's a New York straight shooter. A milquetoast such as Pence is doing us no favors. In the long run, it's the Pence, Ryan, Romney types who do harm in the nation.

The whole point of Christie is the antiquated belief by party elders and SuperPac donors that if Trump is engaged in a tit for tat with this loser, it makes DeSantis appear above the fray and more presidential.

In reality, Christie is unwittingly belowning the fact that he qualifies to be on the same stage. Trump is right to be a no-show. He has nothing to prove, and airing these clowns only further diminishes Fox News.

“Today we fight a fascist government that is in cahoots with multi-national corporations to destroy our rights.” <—- I think a person’s agreement or disagreement in this statement is the best predictor of where you stand on Trump. One can be for less government and lower taxes, but also be wide awake when it comes to formulating policy that only seems to lower the burden of big government on the corporate interests. They have no issue complying with regulations banning furnaces, stoves, or gasoline engines as long as they get their carve outs. The old rules of 2008 don’t apply anymore. There are new dividing lines. This is why virtually every living pre-2016 member of a Republican presidential ticket actively and openly support Biden over Trump.

Federal government was never envisioned to be as it has become. Founding fathers saw this and created safety valves Now what are they and how in the world can it be made to work and save us?

I have suggested in earlier posts that one of the most powerful safety valves is Convention of States (which just held a simulated convention), but support for it is mixed. Given our current state, it is time to do something different.

I say it is the only way to circumvent Congress to vote laws into effect that they would never support. Here are the final results of the simulated convention (it was streamed live):

On the final day of the Simulated Convention, the state delegations gathered to vote on the following 6 separate amendment proposals:

1) Term limits for Congress

2) Cap U.S. Supreme Court judges at nine & a quorum at six

3) Balanced Budget Amendment

4) Set boundaries to the Commerce Clause

5) Enable states to overrule federal laws and regulations

6) Stop the federal government from seizing states' land and resources

Don't know about you, but these look like a great start to really stopping the deep state.

But a quick scan let me eye this important phrase: "If we do not re-elect him, we have no future because if the deep state can destroy him, none of us are safe." Trump says this and I believe him, "It's not just about me, they are coming for us!" I'm not trying to put Trump in a sacrificial position, but I do remember hearing "If you have done it unto one of the least of these ...) Last night, I watched an hour and a half of John Durham on a YouTube video before a congressional Committee. I cannot get the 1.5 hours back. As far as Pennsylvania sending troops to the UNION cause, what about the Massachusetts 54th regiment, the first all black regiment to fight for the UNION cause at Fort Wagner in South Carolina. It was a planned massacre of black troops. I did narrated trolley tours up in Boston for several years and during my training, I learned more about the Civil War than I thought possible and one of them was the UNION charge at Fort Wagner and I left there convinced that is was the democrat politicians who thought they could promote "Honor and integrity" in promoting the black man to "Earn his keep" in the north by fighting for it. Of the approximately 1,000 man black regiment that went into battle, less that 100 returned.

Obama won because he was successful in sending out two utterly contradictory messages. One was his so-called "conservative" message to the normies, as in his "opposition" to queer marriage, his "support" for immigration control, his teleprompter-based speechifying to the masses with banal and reassuring platitudes that normies ate up because it reinforced their desire to see a Black Guy in the White House, thus signifying (in their minds) the final resolution to all our racial problems. His other message was more honest but always veiled and obscured, and was directed to his leftist supporters, who knew all along where he really stood because, unlike the normies who were too busy working for a living and trying to raise a decent family, they read his alleged (and assuredly ghost-written by Bill Ayers) autobiograpies. See, for example this article from The (Com)post from November, 2019: https://www.washingtonpost.com/outlook/2019/11/22/barack-obama-conservative/

This was exposed from time to time, as in his leaked comments about us deplorables clinging to our guns and God. However, he was successful in keeping that side of his political philosophy hidden, at least until his re-election, after which he became more publicly left-wing, with Obamacare, his public comments about "stupid" police and support for the globalist economic and political agenda. The extent of Obama's utterly leftist, globalist, anti-America and anti-white, sexually promiscuous and perverted past is only now being partially exposed. We may, and probably never will plumb the actual depths of his degenerate psyche, and it can only be fervently hoped that we survive it. Many have had the scales washed from their eyes by the Trump phenomenon, but at this point, I fear it's going to be a close-run thing. Prayer and perseverance is our only hope.

These are ugly people that we are up against. The Deep State schemers, the politicians, the media, the billionaires who use these henchmen to work the angles to make even more money.

But this is a beautiful country based on the right ideas and worth saving. No great idea is safe from corruption. The fact that the founders couldn’t bulletproof the nation against crooks is not an indictment of the Constitution and Declaration of Independence. Every man is responsible for his actions. The trash running the country now definitely included.

Trump is the only option, even if it’s a quixotic gesture. If we can’t get fair, transparent elections in 2024, then other means are required to realign the nation with its laws.
