Item 34: I urge everyone to view the J6 footage. I watched a few hours and so far all I see are relaxed cops, fully armed and in riot gear watching as relaxed tourists stroll through the Capitol obeying police direction and in many cases thanking the police. In one I saw the police "evacuating" unconcerned Capitol workers past a couple of J6'ers cops had detained but obviously didn't consider a threat. In another the lower part of the frame showed emergency workers doing CPR - probably on Ashli Babbitt since I could see blood - while dozens of police at rest looked on.
In everything I've seen so far, the unconcerned police far outnumber the strolling tourists. No wonder the J6 committee didn't want these tapes released. Question is - why didn't the Republicans?

I got lucky, I went to college for a bit. Ran out of money, joined the Navy. Finally finished my degree (25 yr plan) but I had way to much real world experience for them to indoctrinate me. Item 6, regarding photographers accompanying Hamas on Oct 7, is of interest to me. The IDF has vowed to kill every Hamas terrorist who was part of the attack. Looks like these four "freelance" photographers are being added to the list. I am sure CNN, NYT, Reuters, etc. will squeal like pigs when these four are sent to Allah to claim their 72 raisins. Too bad.
Item 21, regarding Derek Chauvin is good news for him and the three other cops who were convicted by the Minnesota kangaroo court. I have maintained, since it happened, given that the toxicology report indicated lethal levels of fentanyl in Floyd's blood, that nothing Chauvin did at the scene contributed to Floyd's death and given the recent revelation that the medical examiner found no trauma on Floyd's neck, it should be a slam dunk for a new trial and an acquittal. I doubt if the powers that be in Minnesota have the courage to give Chauvin a new trial at venue well outside Minneapolis, but hope springs eternal. The ripple effect of that disaster is still being felt today.
