Whoa, Don! You are so very, very wrong about the salary paid to Mx. Zagieboyla by the MS Society. You said she made $473,993.00. I can't believe you made such an egregious error merely to cast aspersions on her totally deserved compensation from this highly esteemed and financially conscientious charitable organization which pays no taxes due to its 501c(3) status. So allow me to correct your terrible breach of accuracy, as follows:

How much does Cyndi Zagieboylo make?

Cynthia Zagieboylo (President & Ceo) $570,915.00

John Scott (Chief Dev & Comm Lead. Officer) $345,012.00

Paul Weiss Thru 11220 (Chief Crm, Mkt & Tech Officer) $343,839.00

There's more of this, if you care to look it up.

Yeah, baby! That's why giving money to these grifters is a chump's game. They no more want to "cure" MS than the FBI wants to tell us the truth about their involvement in Jan 6.

When I was a new private in the army earning $77/month they announced the United Way fund drive and we would all voluntarily contribute. In fact it would automatically be deducted from next months pay. No choice because every platoon MUST be 100%. This went on every year. It was at that point that I swore to myself and anyone who would listen that if I ever owned a business I would never ever participate in any fund raising for any national “charity”. In the ensuing years I’ve owned a few business and employed many people and I’ve never ever asked anyone to donate one cent to anything. They are all grifters.

The United Way campaigns were an example of intimidation charity. If you didn't meet the goal, the company leaders would come back any ask you for more just to show how much THEY cared about charity. Virtue signaling at its finest.

02/24/24: The biggest grifter at NBC wised us up about The United Way: "Do NOT check the 'monthly deduction' box [$5, $10, etc.]. Write them a check for $5.00 and you're off the hook." And so we were.

Remember Jerry Lewis who used to shill for Muscular Dystrophy and we thought he was doing it out of the kindness of his heart. In fact, he was paid $500,000 for that one night gig. (I worked on a marketing promotion with MDS about 35 years ago and learned about that nugget).

I asked Google, "What is an NGO?" Answer: "While there is no universally agreed-upon definition of an NGO, typically it is a voluntary group or institution with a social mission, which operates independently from the government."

This is a joke, right? Apparently, this particular NGO is not typical.

I'd encourage you to drop the Salvation Army as it fully bought into wokeness, anti-racism, and combatting White supremacy. While the organization has attempted to distance itself from its own actions and policies, there has never been an official public repudiation, denouncing, or condemnation of that ideology it so enthusiastically embraced. Until that occurs, the SA gets zero from me in donations or any other type of support.

This is true. The woke attributes of the Salvation Army came to light 3 or 4 years ago I think.

When my first wife died suddenly many years ago the only organization that reached out to me what the SA. The only one. I didn't even hear from our church directly. I have donated to the SA ever since because you can actually see the work they do. Are they perfect? I doubt it but they do help people struggling to get out of a destructive lifestyle. I have no idea if they are woke or not. But I can't give up on everyone because they are run by flawed humans. Lot's of Christian people posting lots of Christian verses here everyday. Just hope everyone remembers that none of us are perfect, but we keep trying.

Monument is 15 minutes to our south. We all knew they’d be coming and here they are. Douglas County has a written resolution regarding this invasion. A nice gesture, but just words on paper in my estimation.

Some sanctuary city, Denver…bring ‘em in, collect the $$$ from the feds and kick ‘em out (individuals 14 days, families 42 days) to disperse along the Front Range. Then let the rest of the cities take on the burden, while the NGOs carry on their grift. All in the name of humanitarianism.

Nope, FAFO. The Palestinians cheered when Hamas raided Israel. They also indoctrinate their kids to hate. Israel pulled out of Gaza in 2005? or so.
