I suspect that once his conviction makes its way to the SCOTUS, the justices will overturn the conviction and issue an opinion that the officials responsible for the case be ordered to undergo another review by the Bar and retake their Bar exams before practicing law again.

But also consider the huge homeless and drifter population in California. I have done quite a bit of camping out West, and many drifters "live" / informally camp in the 'natural' areas around the urban areas, and are therefore cooking without proper equipment and safeguards. Fires could easily start from this.
But unquestionably, incompetent Democratic government and DEI helped set the conditions for (as joated said so well) "a) the duration of those fires, and b) the inept response to those fires".
There is video of one of those lesbian dei hires being asked about carrying someone out of a burning building. She replies that maybe they shouldn't have been there in the first place. Look up America's untold stories on YouTube.

eight years ago i told a friend of mine he needed to sell his million dollar home, move away from los angles and get the hell out of kalifornia (he's a good conservative although his adult children and (now ex) wife are all bone hard liberal woke dummies). he heeded my advice but all the rest stayed there in kalifornia. of course he had to write his (now ex) wife a three million dollar check but sanity and safety trump coin. the guy is now a happy camper and the rest of the family's a train wreck.

Now invalid and poorly run polls are predicting the weather. My question is why can't climate change make up its mind since it is also listed as the cause of the California wildfires. Is it Fire and Brimstone or a Frozen Tundra as the outcome? They never seem to be able to make up their mind if it is global warming or cooling.
