For the democrats to want to use Chicago as next year's rallying point, that should tell you just how far removed from reality liberals really are.
That would solve the problem. Thing is, politicians steal your wallet and then help you look for it. They create the problem, and then get long term power by promising to fix the problem, which they never do. If they fix the problem, they are less important. If the problem festers, they get money and people and build up a base of power. Democrats (Lyndon Johnson) put black peoples back into dependency and misery in a cynical ploy to get votes. It worked. Where were the major centers of discrimination in this country? Democrats run those cities and states. The Klan was a Democrat run organization. Tou want to solve the poverty problem? Take away the social safety hammock. You want to solve crime? Put criminals away for a long time. You want to solve Democrats? Prosecute the leadership for treason. Put them away for life or against a wall with a military firing squad. The evidence is all out in the open now. You want to eliminate the Chinese Communust Party threat? Close our capital markets and prohibit Chinese investment in the USA and no Chinese university students. The right thing is always the hard thing. Nobody wants to do the hard thing.
The 'Hard thing' you refer to takes courage and only Mr. Trump has shown that in the last few 60 years or so. Nixon had gall, not courage although he did get us out of Vietnam. Mr. Reagan ?? I don’t understand why people want to live in large cities, and I respect all of Don’s readers that do. I really don’t understand why anyone would live in the large, democrat shitholes.
As my kids got older and had job opportunities, I warned them to avoid states dominated by one (or more) shithole large city, like Illinois, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, etc. The rest of the state is just fine, but it is dragged down in oh so many ways by the dominant city.
Add Georgia to the list. Unfortunately, Georgia won’t be the last state to turn.
