The mayor of America's Sanctuary City just said no mas to illegals

On Sunday, Eric Adams called for closing our borders to illegal aliens.

Bwahaha.

When he ran for mayor of New York, Eric Adams swore allegiance to the town’s status as a sanctuary city. He said, gimme your tired, gimme your poor, gimme your huddled masses, and gimme your wretched refuse. I will make them Democrats.

He was the man with a plan.

Politics NY said at the time, “Adams’ plan leverages existing city programs and institutions. This includes the use of the city’s Economic Development Corporation funding to create a $50 million annual Immigrant Venture Fund for first or second-generation immigrant businesses as a continuation of the city’s sanctuary city status for undocumented immigrants.

“The plan also expands funding of legal services against discrimination, and additional funding for NYC Care — the city’s affordable health market — to market to immigrant communities.”

Wow, $50 million to start a business. That’s a nice incentive to come to New York. Plus the state gives illegal aliens driver’s licenses and refuses to help ICE deport them. And the city has what it calls a Right To Shelter ordinance that guarantees a nice, warm, safe place to stay.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott, overrun with millions of illegal aliens, decided to ship a few thousand north to those sanctuary cities. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis also shipped illegals from Texas to Martha’s Vineyard. At first, Mayor Adams thought he could shame the governors to cease and desist.

He said, “I think what we're seeing in the city is a political stunt. I thought what really personified that political stunt is the governor of Florida. He has nothing to do with it. I mean what was his purpose of sending a plane load to Martha's Vineyard? He just felt as though he wanted to get into this horrendous action and so we're seeing it this political stunt of this.”

The crybaby mayor also said, “What is happening here in New York City and my concern is. I believe they created it. This is a humanitarian crisis created by human hands and it was a political stunt.

“I believe the other day we had eight buses that came in. It is difficult to predict the erratic behavior of an erratic governor. We have no idea what’s next for him and what he's going to do so we have to be ready to make sure we comply with our legal and moral obligation.”

Eight busloads? That’s like 400 people a day. The Bezos Post said, “the total number of migrants encountered by CBP at the southern border in August — at legal crossings or elsewhere — to about 230,000, the highest one-month total this calendar year.”

Texas doesn’t want them. New York said it wanted them. Problem solved — except for the part where New York was about as sincere as the Isuzu Man. Like just about every other New Yorker, he believes he is superior to those dumb rednecks who whine about having to live with rednecks from Mexico.

What is amazing is while towns along the Rio Grande are forced to deal with an overload of illegals, New York — population 8 million with a city budget of $107 billion — cannot handle a few thousand illegals.

Adams’s alligator mouth doesn’t match his hummingbird ass.

On Sunday, the mayor’s alligator mouthpiece, Ingrid Lewis-Martin said, “We need the federal government, the Congress members, the Senate and the president to do its job: close the borders.”

She also said, “The right to shelter was intended for our indigenous homeless pop. We argue that we should not have to shelter all of these immigrants.”

Indigenous? Does she mean only for American Indians?

Fabien Levy — who apparently is her boss — clarified her remarks and tweeted, “To be very clear, and as @NYCMayor has said over and over again, of course this nation should continue to welcome immigrants — both those seeking asylum and those who are not. The U.S. will always do its part to be a country that takes in those seeking refuge from war, discrimination, & strife.

“But as we’ve stated repeatedly, we need a real decompression strategy at the border so that all communities across the U.S. can do their part in providing the compassion & care NYC has provided to more than 118,000 asylum seekers since last year.”

This reminds me of the scene in Blazing Saddles when Hedley Lamarr is signing up thugs and mugs, et cetera, to destroy Rock Ridge. He says to one thug, “Chewing gum on line, eh? I hope you brought enough for everybody.”

The thug says, “I didn't know there was going to be so many!”

Donald Trump, both the son of an immigrant and immigrant grandparents, flew to New York last night to attend today’s show trial as the city and state will strip him of everything he owns thanks to a kangaroo judge who is so ill-informed that he believes Mar-a-Lago is worth only $18 million.

New York’s elitists hate Trump and Giuliani because they saved the city. Of the two, they hate Rudy more for running the Mafia out of town because of the kickbacks to Democrats and other politicians and judges.

On June 16, 2015, Trump announced himself for the presidency.

He said, “When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.

“But I speak to border guards and they tell us what we’re getting. And it only makes common sense. It only makes common sense. They’re sending us not the right people.

“It’s coming from more than Mexico. It’s coming from all over South and Latin America, and it’s coming probably— probably— from the Middle East. But we don’t know. Because we have no protection and we have no competence, we don’t know what’s happening. And it’s got to stop and it’s got to stop fast.”

The media clutched its pearls and denounced him as racist and xenophobic.

But he was prophetic. And the situation is even worse today as our open borders policy supplies pervs with underage kids, street zombies (aka the homeless) with fentanyl, and MS-13 with fresh troops. Red Chinese spies and terrorists also cross our border. The press calls them families.

We need to build a wall. An actual factual wall that is a knock off of the one in China. We need to staff it with armed guards who patrol and shoot any and all who dare scale it.

Someone suggested a moat. That too.

Until then, keep shipping the illegals north. Make all those hoity-toity liberals deal with the problem they created.
