My dislike of police goes way back to 9/11/2001. While the firefighters ran into the buildings, the police ran out and the order to evacuate was never passed on. Don't forget, while police did NOTHING while innocent children were murdered inside their schools, police showed their true colors and did nothing. I could go on and on, but you get my point. Ukraine isn't destroying anything. We are letting our own alphabet security agencies. the pentagon and Herr Biden and WE ARE NOT DOING A DAMNED THING ABOUT IT. Where are our so-called patriots.

My neighbor's wife is Ukrainian and a nurse. At the start of the war, they went to Ukraine for 6 months to help. Her uncle and a cousin enlisted. Neighbor and wife were required to have guns. Unlike pictures of Zelensky handing out semi auto rifles free, most people had to buy their guns from corrupt government officials .My neighbor bought an old hunting rifle for $1,700 - 5 times the US price.
Neighbor's uncle was severely wounded after a couple of months. The one-time disability payment amounts to $15,000 but the wounded have to split it with the issuing government official or they get nothing.
Neighbor reported military officers enjoying exclusive restaurants and nightclubs in Kiev - driving up in new Mercedes, BMW's and even more expensive sports cars.
On his return he tried to contact local & national news to tell his story. No interest. The only politician who would listen was Rep Anna Paulina Luna - not even our rep.
In short, we have zero knowledge of what’s going on over there on the ground as well as in the background.
NO reporters assigned from ANY news outlet assigned over there. No daily news reports on events as we’d had during other “wars”, Iraq, Vietnam, Afghanistan, etc.
That fact alone should be a bright red flag that things are nowhere as they seem or what little we are hearing about.

You got that right. I recently saw a side by side video of a drive down a street in Kyiv juxtaposed with a drive down a street in some major American demonicrat run city, maybe LA. Kyiv was all cafes, shops and nicely dressed people on the street, clean sidewalks and trees with flowers planted around them. The American city was homeless tarps and tents, stung out people shooting up, trash and God knows what else on the sidewalks and boarded up shop windows.
I have reverted to the Russian spelling of Kiev. I have also converted from a war hawk in the early 2000s to an aging peacenik. Time changes everything. Like I keep saying, force both sides to the table and bring about peace. Partition Ukraine if necessary. Crimea is historically Russian.
As an ongoing student of Military History & the Eastern Front Theatre during the Second World War, it still cracks me up to hear these lame brained teleprompter readers refer to “Keev” when it’s actually pronounced “Kee-yev” & “Khar-keev” when it’s actually pronounced “Khar-kov”. Go back & watch any newsreel from the war or Military History documentary since, they never used Ukrainian pronunciations until apparently the meme that came down (five minutes after the SMO began) that was to demonize Russia & everything Russian.
