Having read all of Don’s columns about bird brains and their bird brain ides, today's column makes me steer the conversation to bird droppings. Some 50 years ago, on an inclimenent day, I was returning to the bank where I worked in downtown Cleveland, wearing a dark blue London Fog raincoat. Suddenly, a load of bird droppings hit my left shoulder. My first instinct was to grab a handkerchief and wipe the semi-liquid white mess. But that didn’t work; it merely smeared the goo over a wider area.

I mention this because in retrospect it seems that we, as a country of citizens, are being targeted by our government in a similar way. They shit on us every day. And you never know how they will do it. There are bird roppings on glass windows, for example. How does a bird get its ass in position to target a vertical objecct? I don't know, but like Trump, the bird did its job. Today's column is a corker. I now see Trump as our nation's bird, our biggest bald eagle, smearing the Dems like they have never been smeared. And every one of his droppings will make us a better nation. Soar, Donald, soar.

03/15/24: I wouldn't be surprised if we eventually discover that the CIA rugrats assigned to this mission went to the Chinese and say, "Look, we know that Biden's on your payroll. Where's OUR cut?"

On the other hand, Reuters has no problem with the CIA spying on Americans. From Breitbart: “The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) deployed personnel to the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, text messages recently obtained by Judicial Watch via Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) show.”

I'm surprised Trump got anything good out of the CIA in 2019 with the legacy of John Brennan still there as an avowed communist/muslim.

Was reflecting on the NSA/ODNI/CIA/FIB/DOD/EPA/IRS/DO/DOJ building that Huuuge cellphone/voice/text/email data farm in Utah, every time there is a Muslim/ramadan/BLM/KKK/fentanyl/Cartel “Incident” in the US, , if the House “Homeland Cmte” had cojones, have a hearing, open/closed doors, and ask the 4A violators “Why did you not 1) know abt this, and 2) why get the FIB not stop it? As such, we are cutting $500 Million and 1,000 positions from your budget. Do that each time, Fire the Director each time, until you get the guy/Gal that will Do The Job….

"Of course it wasn’t reported. The CIA is supposed to undermine our adversaries secretly. Aren’t the three former officials cited breaking the law for revealing this?" As an official Boomer I enjoy answering rhetorical questions on the internet. The answer is yes.

“ No one in the press bothered to ask [Obama], well, who is the No. 1 threat? If he were honest, he would have said, “Me.”

That line is gold!

“… how China was using bribery and threats to obtain support from developing countries [and compromised politicians] in geopolitical disputes as it attempted to sow division in the United States through front groups [and shell companies].”

That’s sounds like a pretty good description of Hunter’s whole job effort working in cahoots with China amongst other nefarious types.

Now they should do an exposé of Victoria Nuland’s and Samantha Power’s [read: Hillary and Obama], history of disrupting democratic processes and destabilizing countries and governments- mostly those of allies and friendly nations - for decades, creating havoc around the world!

On the poll of which is worse: It is hard to pick Reuters because you made them look bad at their job. Perhaps if they were more effective?

We need to have a real discussion about the CIA. If it can be corrupted and convinced to target presidential candidates and private citizens, is it too powerful as presently configured? Every country has some sort of CIA entity, but do the pluses outweigh the minuses today? The CIA has probably screwed up more missions than we know about, and the Iraq War was one of the latest. We need to have this discussion very soon. The CIA has far too much power and should not be allowed to have a "dark" budget and operate without oversight by the public. Think about it this way: the CIA's primary role has been to disrupt and subvert other countries to further our interests. How hard is it for them to do the same to our own country then?

Trump did what he needed to do. But of course he will be shredded to bits for doing so. Our world as we knew it is inverted. Orwell couldn't have imagined that we would actually be living in the Big Brother era where what we know to be right and true, no longer is accrding to our elites. As I've said before on this blog, some days the news makes my head hurt. But we must persist. Pray, my friends. Ultimately, God's will gets done.
