The government shutdown might be a blessing; it could cool off the spending machine that’s been running 24/7.
It is expected that we will borrow another trillion by the end of March. At the end of 2022, the national debt was $31.42 trillion, and the INTEREST paid the last quarter of 2022 was $213 billion. We are digging a financial grave for America. Look at the National Debt Clock; it’s breathtaking.
