No Republican can win the Republican primary without Florida and no Republican can win Florida without Palm Beach County which performed beyond expectations in the 2022 General election. There is no support for a DeSantis Primary challenge to Trump 2024 among Palm Beach County Republicans.

There is NO support for a DeSantis primary challenge to Trump in Palm Beach County. I am active in the PBC Republican Party and there is no support by rank and file activists, by leadership or Republican voters ob=r by donors. NONE. Trump 2024 is a necessity because LIKE NO OTHER only Trump can challenge the Swamp.

Please do NOT fall into the Democratic Trap of promoting a DeSantis Trump Primary. A DeSantis Trump Primary would weaken the MAGA/America First base.

We elected Ron DeSantis to govern Florida for four more years. We need him here. His work is not done.

Donald Trump is aware of everything that is being said and done. They said he couldn't win in 2016. 2020 was a nasty blow below the belt. I don't think PDJT will be fooled again. I can't wait to see how he combats it because you know he will.

The more money DeSantis takes from billionaires, the less I like him. Big money comes with strings. And unfortunately, DeSantis seems busy empuppeting himself.

You have a point it takes allot of money to run a national campaign

"A moderate Republican would appeal to moderate Democrats . . ."

This is a myth. When a Democrat sees two candidates, one a Democrat and the other a Republican, and they both have similar positions on all the important issues, won't that Democrat think, "Well, they're very similar, and I don't really dislike the Republican, but after all, I have always voted Democrat, so I'll just vote Democrat again this time. Why should I change?"

My neighbor, when asked how she could support Biden in 2020, said, "I've been a democrat all my life and I'll vote democrat until I die."

Your neighbor is an idiot

Yes. She still wears a mask when alone in her yard. She's mostly ignored by the neighbors, who refer to her as Karen altho her name is Anne.

There are millions of those idiots out there. There’s nothing that can be done about them.

“I’ll vote Democrat until I die” - and then keep on voting Democrat 4ever!

This Surber fellow writes very well. I'm intrigued by the idea of Trump taking a different (positive) tact and praising DeSantis as a great governor. That could be a winning idea. Unity wouldn't be just talk like it was with Brandon.

While I love DJT and think he was the best president in my lifetime, I have concerns about his ability to pivot, his narcissism, his extremely bad skills at judging people (the Apprentice be damned), and his focus on the past. I wil support whoever is running against Mr Biden. Ms Obama Or Mr Newsom. Unless the Republican Party learns to play the election game by 2020 rules, then ultimately it won’t matter if it’s Don or Ron.

LIKE NO OTHER 'He and Only He Can Stop the Swamp'

LIKE NO OTHER Donald Trump inspired and energized the MAGA/America First Movement, with an enthusiasm not seen in forty years since Ronald Reagan.

LIKE NO OTHER Donald Trump is indispensable to the MAGA/America First Movement and I, and other rank and file, will stay with him.

LIKE NO OTHER Donald Trump has exposed a UniParty Swamp that has failed many of us. No one else could, or can, do what he did and I expect will do.

LIKE NO OTHER Donald Trump excites the hearts, minds of 10s of millions or ordinary Americans and reflects their interests

Trump 2024 is a necessity.

My son's way of honoring my age but without my telling the same old tales bids me write to down a paragraph or two "about it." There isn't time left me to bring up all I have against every president who ever 'done me wrong' but if there's going to be broken glass to climb over in 2024, I believe I'll start crawling out to the mailbox daily for strength training. Trump could easily change his domicile to a different state to avoid the electoral vote issue.

No , he could not. The Republicans, leadership, donors, rank and file of Palm Beach County would consider this an abandonment. No Republican can win the nomination without Florida and no Republican can win Florida without Palm Beach County Republican Party. We are organizing like never before. Much is happening below the radar.

Understood. And I agree with your other post about DeSantis staying on for 4 more years.

Please follow your brain, which has started to realize that Trump's age and impulsiveness make him a losing proposition.

And he ain't no Reagan.

He ain't no Reagan. No; Trump was actually better than Reagan (and I named my first born after Ronald Reagan although we spelled it slightly different for my daughter Ragen)

I too think he was better than Reagan. Loved everyday reading Don's first comment of the day. Donald John Trump is still our President" and hope he'll be able to write that again in two years from now.
