I leave the house rarely. After watching drivers with no passengers wearing their masks and people walking on empty streets with them on, I decided the folks here in DC are too crazy to be around.

Same could be said for any Dem-run city. Like living in an episode of Walking Dead or The Last of Us.

Great work, Don. Must say, though, that I continue to take exception when folks say “covid killed over a million Americans”. Over a million died WITH covid, not FROM covid. The creator of the PCR test said that you can find anything if you run the test with enough cycles. Medicine was directed to run 35 to 45 cycles, thereby creating a mountain of false positives. “Asymptomatic” covid isn’t a thing - but bad PCR tests are.

Great piece, Don, but I repeat myself :-D.

"The lesson learned is never trust Washington. The American people can be fooled — but only once."

Exactly. And more importantly, Trump knows the American People know this; most others in the Yale 'educated' UniParty do not.

Feb 2020, Diamond Princess cruise ship quarantined in San Fran Bay for a month: 3,700 people on board, 800 tested positive for a coronavirus(=common cold), 15 died = 0.4% fatality rate = the flu. We have not been fooled since day one. More importantly, we KNOW that republican state governments in the six swing states purposely allowed their state election laws to be violated - may G-d damn these people. The latest example is Robert Gates of the Arizona election supervisory board.

And that was the kicker. The cruise ship was the perfect scientific experiment. If COVID was that fatal, that ship should have been a metaphorical blood bath. It wasn't. And those numbers were readily available for anyone to find.

Di amond Princess’s passengers skewed older that average. In March 2020 my college aged nieces left Florida on a Spring Break cruise in the warm and sunny Caribbean AFAIK none of the young people got sick much less C-19. They should have required all college students to quarantine in the tropics for two weeks

Further validating all data known today(and then). Great comment.

I still have fully vaxxed friends (who got Covid multiple times) and dutifully wore their masks and stood six feet away (I HATE and refuse to use the term s——- d———) shake their heads at my unvaxxed, mask denying self and shake their heads.

I have never trusted gubment experts and never will. I’ve told my family that One day, they may be finally right about something and I will pay dearly for ignoring them. I will take my chances and live free.

Do they tell you they are sooo thankful to have taken the vax because otherwise it would have been so much worse? I love that line. How do you respond? I just walk away

I just say I am glad they are pleased with their decision.

As a physician, all I can say is that's a line of BS. There is no data to substantiate this and never will be, since there's no way to run a prospective, placebo-controlled trial. All of the data on COVID-19 is corrupted, and only a common-sense view of the outcome is reliable. Therefore, masks did nothing, and the vaccines did more harm than good.

Knew a guy who conscientiously (a) wore not one but two masks and (b) got not only the initial immunization but the boosters as well. He had a serious disability brought on by a stroke. It happened when he was 14 when he was admitted to a hospital to have some congenital heart defects repaired. So, I guess it made sense for him to wear a mask and get the vaccine and the boosters as well. However, he recently passed away quietly in his apartment - he was 41. I noticed that he was gasping and wheezing from really short walks. I told him that he should see a doctor - soon, as in immediately. He demurred, claiming he just needed to "build up his stamina". Why he would conscientiously follow the government's recommendations to wear a mask and get the initial immunization and boosters, but then avoid seeing a doctor when he was showing signs of a serious health problem that killed him within a week, I just don't know.

My condolences on the passing of your friend.

I believe that for some, it is an unconscious aversion to self-accountability/-responsibility. There are others for whom that is a choice actively made. In either instance, I think it betrays a mild psychological disorder that can have fatal results, as in the case of your friend.

" the emperor continued his parade even after the little boy said he was naked and the crowd laughed." This is a great line, but it's not true. The crowd stood solemnly masked and the little boy was kicked off Twitter and designated a white supremacist, domestic terrorist.

You didn't need a virology or immunology degree to know that the masks and vaccines were BS. All you needed was a high school education (okay, a 1980s or 1990s high school education; god knows what they're teaching these days). Viruses require an electron microscope to see; you can see the holes in a mask just picking it up (not to mention the KYA legal warning on a box of masks literally says it doesn't protect from viruses). Masks weren't stopping anything. Furthermore, if you can't get immunity naturally by getting something, a vaccine isn't going to work. Vaccines absolutely require the body's ability to gain natural immunity. This is all such common sense it's painful, but yet the most 'educated" among us claimed we couldn't understand the science.

Another great piece. I honestly don't know how you do this every morning so consistently.

Living in the country, many used good old redneck horse sense -“if you can smell a fart through a mask, it ain’t keeping a virus out”.

True that - but if you can't smell the fart, you probably can't breathe.

I heard comments that wearing a mask to keep away viruses was like erecting a cyclone fence to keep out mosquitoes.

Expand full comment

Pretty much. It's like putting a jet engine on one side of a chainlink fence and throwing feathers in the air and expecting the chainlink fence to keep the feathers from getting sucked into the jet engine.

As a wiser person than me opined that “Using a mask was similar to using a chain link fence to protect yourself from mosquitoes “. As the comedian Ron White says “You can’t fix stupid “

The Chinese part of this monstrosity was about Jiang. It was never about a "virus". China lifted its lockdowns the day after Jiang died. In US the real virus was Trump. In UK the real virus was Boris. In France it was LePen. Each country had its populist opposition who needed to be slaughtered, and each country succeeded.

Wilmot Mtn, a little ski area in Wisconsin, required all volunteer ski patrollers like myself, to get the shot. I assumed from the beginning that from the numbers the shots were mostly saline, and the whole thing just very well done political theatre, and went and got the shot. In Lake County Illinois this involved going into very large empty warehouse with thousands of others. In other words a perfect way to spread a virus. My wife and I both got covid a few months later not unexpectantly. As I said Political Theatre.

Don, spot on. OrangeMan BAD. Now we have a great, almost nuclear, proxy war using up ALL the Ammo in non-Commie world. Thelma & Louisians are sleeping well knowing world is back on track, headed off the cliff where they can get even more control of what’s left.

Of all our friends and acquaintances, those not in a risky age, two have died and one would wish he did if he was self-aware. They all got the early 2020 strain before ‘vaccines’, or actually RedChinaVirus mutated to be less virulent and deadly, regardless of your 0/1/2/3/4/5 shot status.

Now I will be working with every way I can to get PDJT re-elected, using ballot harvesting in our neighborhood. No effing thx to ol’ Florida Pete Sessions, now happy back in Congress thanks to the rubes in Waco.

March 13 2020, I recall sittting with my daughter when they announced that schools would close, only essential shopping, and all the other lockdown mandates. I turned and looked at her and said, “This is in no way a pandemic. They have taken control now, and they will never give it back.”

And here we are.
