Obamacare was a dud. You didn’t keep your doctor and American families did not save $2,500 a year on medical insurance coverage. But Obama gave us the gender-bender fad that has been a boon to unsavory surgeons. It also led to the sterilization of thousands of confused teens. Follow the money.
Technavio reported in November, “The gender reassignment surgery market is estimated to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 10.73% between 2022 and 2027. The size of the market is forecast to increase by $321.48 million. The growth of the market depends on several factors, including the increase in the number of people opting for sex change surgeries globally, favorable government policies, and increasing insurance coverage for gender reassignment surgical procedures.”
Nothing medical, it’s just business.
You can see why “The AMA opposes policies preventing transgender individuals from accessing basic human services and public facilities consistent with gender identity, including the use of restrooms.”
As with abortion, this marketing effort is cast as a human right, and not as a deviation from the long-established norms that are the bedrock of a successful society. If you oppose feeding kids pills that will inhibit their sexual development or try to ban the butchering of children, the media will try to make you a pariah. Banning boys from the girls room or girls sports is considered a violation of civil rights and not the protection of girls. These sick people are going after babies, too.
The devil can thank Obama for this Degeneration Generation. As president, Obama opened the floodgates of the federal treasury to finance this cosmetic surgery.
TransHealthCare reported on November 11, 2019, “Why the Growth of Transgender Surgery Centers In the U.S. Matters.”
The story said, “There are now at least 30 academic medical centers in the U.S. that have a transgender surgery program, signaling a growing trend that is improving access to care and filling an important gap in medical education.”
It cited a study by pro-transsexual surgery advocates.
The story said, “The authors of the aforementioned study point to Medicare’s decision in May 2014 to lift a coverage ban on transgender surgeries as the turning point in access to care, noting that the share of patients seeking gender-affirming procedures covered by Medicare or Medicaid increased from 25% in 2012-2013 to 70% in 2014. After Medicare and Medicaid started covering transgender surgeries, and after the implementation of the Affordable Care Act in 2010, private insurance companies followed suit.”
Taxpayers fund 70% of these surgeries thanks to Obama.
In 1981, Reagan banned billing taxpayers for this elective surgery. Between Obamacare and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements, Obama and his administration produced a cottage industry that Technavio is really pushing.
It reported on August 20, 2022, “The global gender reassignment market is concentrated. The number of competitors in the market is moderate in the market. There is a requirement for highly skilled professionals to perform gender reassignment surgery. Also, the entry barrier in the market is high.
“These factors are expected to limit the entry of new entrants into the market. However, the steady growth of the industry over the past five years is expected to attract new entrants to the market. Hence, due to these factors threat of rivalry is expected to be moderate during the forecast period.
“The increase in the number of people opting for sex-change surgeries globally has been instrumental in driving the growth of the market. However, the high cost of the surgery might hamper the market growth. Competitors must focus on differentiating their product offerings with unique value propositions to strengthen their foothold in the market.
“Market vendors also must leverage the existing growth prospects in the fast-growing segments, while maintaining their positions in the slow-growing segments. Boston Medical Center, Bupa, Cleveland Clinic, CNY Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery, Moein Surgical Arts, Mount Sinai Centre for Transgender Medicine and Surgery (CTMS), Phuket International Aesthetic Centre (PIAC), Rumer Cosmetic Surgery, Sava Perovic Foundation Surgery, and Transgender Surgery Institute are identified as some of the major market participants.”
The LGBT crowd would have you believe that hormone treatments and cosmetic surgery are mental health treatments. These are the same people who call killing babies in the womb reproductive health. In both cases, the opposite is true.
Transsexual surgery is not new. I received an email from a woman who said she underwent this shortly after her birth. I independently verified her. She actively opposes this mutilation.
She wrote, “I happened upon your article through Citizen Free Press and felt it necessary to make comment due to my own circumstances having been born a true hermaphrodite, and as such, I was subjected to the same medical Insanity that is occurring in the trans situation currently plaguing the West.
“Mind you, my surgery and assignment took place in Late 1955!!! As best as I can determine, I was one of the first, if not The First surgically and hormonally assigned infants at a major hospital in New England.
“My previously arranged adoption with a young couple was interfered with by the doctors in attendance and I was given to a wealthy older couple as they had the ability to pay for the intricate surgery and follow-up required. This issue points to the fact that ALL these interventions are but Profit Centers for the institutions that promote them, and I know of at least one instance where this has been acknowledged by the promoters of these insidious actions against children.
“This issue of surgery for trans kids is but a continuation of a corrupt medical system that started in the mid-50’s, when Dr. John Money (yes, his real name), a psychologist from New Zealand working at Johns Hopkins, did an extremely limited study on less than a handful of children with Intersex conditions published in two papers, one in 1954 and the final concluding paper issued in June 1955, one month before I was born.
“In this study he wrongfully concluded that ‘all children were born psycho-sexually neutral,’ and that any child could be made into any sex, and that such an action would be successful as long as the surgery was performed early enough and with enough skill, and that the child was raised with the ‘proper social conditioning’ (brain washing).”
[So a psychologist, not a biologist, helped launch this monstrosity.]
She continued, “Tens of thousands (if not millions) of children across the Western world with Intersex conditions (and some with no problems) were subjected to this radical and traumatizing standard for decades, and were never told what was done to them, only later in life finding out about the sexual mutilation and reliving the trauma -- many times resulting in sterilization.
“Beginning in the 90’s, Intersex activists (Cheryl Chase to name the most prolific) campaigned to End these inhumane practices, and admonished and campaigned against both the medical and LGBT ‘communities’ to end these procedures and call out against these horrific surgical actions being perpetrated upon Intersex infants and children, with little success.
“And now this insanity is being rebranded in a most insidious manner by manipulating children at younger and younger ages into questioning their sex, with tragic results. Suicide is the biggest issue, with unnatural hormones causing serious health issues, and this was so even with the Intersex children, myself included.
“Look up the book As Nature Made Him by John Colapinto, which documents the case of a regular boy (one of a set of twins) that was ‘made into a girl’... truly heartbreaking, and it's just the tip of a very large iceberg.
“All this is, is child mutilation and abuse writ large and it’s part of a terrible agenda of getting an entire generation to sterilize themselves, all for the UN 2030 plan. (You will own nothing, and you'll be happy.)”

Was Doctor Mengele as cruel?
There is hope. On Monday, the Cowboy State Daily reported Wyoming is the latest state to take on the T-girls and the like.
Its story said, “A committee of Wyoming lawmakers on Monday advanced a bill that would prohibit biological males from participating in girls’ school sports and removed a proposed $1 million allocation from the bill.
“Senate File 133 would ban biological males from competing in girls’ school sports in Wyoming. If the ban fails in court, the bill then would allow a commission to review transgender athlete controversies on a case-by-case basis, and would appropriate $100,000 to fund that commission.
“It now will be heard in the state House of Representatives and must survive three readings, a nod from the Senate approving any changes, and the governor’s desk to become law.”
Nothing in the Constitution empowers the courts to ignore the laws of biology. We must save our children from this depravity, which Obama forced taxpayers to finance.

Fourth option on your poll: Obama did this because, like every good elite American, he loves money (and attention and power, but primarily money in this case). Every American system, including the medical system and politics, is motivated by money. That's why you can't really trust any of them. They will sell you out for a shiny new penny (or a dull old penny, they don't care).
Irony: A small breasted woman wants bigger boobs. She can't get them because insurance won't pay for it. *But* a man can get the boobs she wanted and even taxpayer-subsidized insurance will pay for them. It's all cosmetic surgery, but somehow the man's surgery is necessary?
Look, I will reiterate this. It is true that gender has a psychological and social component, but it is based on sex, which is entirely biological. As much as I feel for those with gender dysphoria (and there are a few, though not nearly as many as try to take on the label), society alone has the right to decide how closely to tie gender to sex, not individuals, society. And society has not just a right but an obligation to balance the desires of large numbers of primarily men to cosmetically alter themselves to be women and enter women's spaces against the needs of women to feel safe in their own spaces and the needs of children to be protected from trends and predatory practices in the medical field.
