If all the people in Gaza and the West Bank are Muslims who believe it is their duty to kill Jews, that they are commanded to do so by Allah, are any of them civilians as opposed to members of an armed group in war?
If they all believe they must kill Jews for religious reasons, i.e., they believe murder is justified by their religion, then there are no civilians amongst them. What if the Gazans who moved to the south and are in UN camps, are merely the reserve force, the next to kill Jews after those in Gaza are killed and imprisoned?
If this is so, then demands made on Israel for humanitarian corridors and pauses, and supplies to get in are a form of Information War against Israel. What the demands are saying is "there are innocent civilians there" and "Israel is responsible for them." But what if those are both lies? If there are no innocent civilians and if Israel is not responsible for them, Israel is merely complying with the demand to help their murderers, i.e. Hamas. Hamas is the only agent in Gaza that will be receiving the supplies. Hamas is never going to distribute any of them to the people. Hamas views the people as serving as propaganda: if they are killed they can blame the Israelis for it.
I think the video above explains that there are no civilians amongst the Palestinian people whose main purpose in life is killing the Jews and taking the land for themselves. They teach this to their pre-schoolers. All the little children in Gaza want to grow up to be martyrs who die killing Jews.

I was thinking about China and the Uighurs today. The recent joint letter from numerous prominent law firms to several big-name law schools, warning that their graduates will not be hired unless the law schools clean up their act (especially as to anti-semitism) is a good start. The legal profession also needs to focus intensely on punishment for lawyers who withhold exculpatory evidence. A lawyer who engages in such prosecutorial abuse, like Andrew Weissman, should be disbarred, not honored with a job at NYU law school. They also better clamp down hard on the explosion of vicious political “lawfare”.

The “good” that Israel can do now is to thoroughly clear out Gaza from all remnants of Palestinians/Hamas, and declare it all as now part of the State of Israel proper, then settle and develop it accordingly. That is what is “due” - long overdue - to the people of Israel: no more rockets being fired almost daily, no more incursions, no more suicide bombers and ambushes, no more playing the game that these so-called neighbors ever wanted anything remotely resembling “peace”.
And if anyone has a problem with that, they can expect the same consequences.
No matter what Israel does, no matter if they did allow a ceasefire, or whatever concessions they agreed to, they will ALWAYS be held at fault, ALWAYS be blamed, ALWAYS be the “bad guy”.
So my advice to them is once and for all to say, “FU all! We’re gonna do this our way, the right way, and you can hit the highway.”
I try very hard to listen to both sides, to believe that they might have a legitimate point if only I would listen. After having listened to Barack Obama for a few years I concluded that he does not have a legitimate point: he is extremely biased. Remember his comment after his first election that he knew more than any of his advisors? That takes supreme arrogance. And it is indicative of someone who will not learn. If all the people in Gaza and the West Bank are Muslims who believe it is their duty to kill Jews, that they are commanded to do so by Allah, are any of them civilians as opposed to members of an armed group in war?
If they all believe they must kill Jews for religious reasons, i.e., they believe murder is justified by their religion, then there are no civilians amongst them. What if the Gazans who moved to the south and are in UN camps, are merely the reserve force, the next to kill Jews after those in Gaza are killed and imprisoned?
If this is so, then demands made on Israel for humanitarian corridors and pauses, and supplies to get in are a form of Information War against Israel. What the demands are saying is "there are innocent civilians there" and "Israel is responsible for them." But what if those are both lies? If there are no innocent civilians and if Israel is not responsible for them, Israel is merely complying with the demand to help their murderers, i.e. Hamas. Hamas is the only agent in Gaza that will be receiving the supplies. Hamas is never going to distribute any of them to the people. Hamas views the people as serving as propaganda: if they are killed they can blame the Israelis for it.
I think the video above explains that there are no civilians amongst the Palestinian people whose main purpose in life is killing the Jews and taking the land for themselves. They teach this to their pre-schoolers. All the little children in Gaza want to grow up to be martyrs who die killing Jews.
Many people in the West have a hard time with this only because they project their values onto the Palestinians and assume the Palestinians themselves wouldn't hurt a flea.
Actually the Palestinians have been saying they want to kill Jews and have the land "from the river to the sea" for many years. They don't want a state of their own living side by side with Israel. They want all of Israel without any Jews in it. And they have been saying this over and over again.
But people in the West who don't live there, don't listen to them. They say they support them, but how can you support someone you don't even listen to? If you listen to them, supporting them would mean destroying Israel. If you don't listen to them and tell them you want to give them a state (that they don't want) you aren't supporting them.
Now Israel is also against the idea of a two state solution because they see what happens when you live next door to mass murderers.
We must help the people of the world understand the truth about what the Palestinians want, and what the Palestinians plan to achieve if given a chance. I have written to the managing editor of my daily about the utter bias found in every AP article and asked them to dump the AP. Hasn't happened and I doubt it ever will happen. Sadly, some readers actually fall for their propaganda.

The mask has been pulled off those who call for a cease fire. Anyone who would support the raping be heading and murder of women and children is not worth listening to. Anyone who would pull down posters of those who were being held kidnapped, is not worth being listened to. Anyone who is marching in support of the Palestinians, no matter how many of them in cities, such as London, Paris or Washington DC is not worth, being listened to. All of these individuals are enemies of western civilization, Christianity and Judaism. We cannot win their hearts, or change their souls we must adopt the same mindset that they have about us. That is: they need to be eliminated. Mr. Biden has allowed our country to become infested with this filth and we should use every legal maneuver possible to rid our country of these individuals who have no interest in asimulation.
The argument for a cease-fire is ridiculous as asking the United States, Britain or Russia to have a cease-fire during World War II to allow humanitarian aid to the poor Germans and Japanese. War is HELL and the best way not to be killed is not to start one. I have little sympathy for those in Gaza. I still remember during 9/11 they were dancing in the streets and passing out candy.
Hamas governs Gaza since they threw the Palestinian Authority- Fatah leaders off the roofs in 2005-6. They are responsible for their people. They hoard food and fuel for their terrorists and let the civilians fend for themselves. The Israelis aren’t going to fall for this again. The USA, which now loses all its wars, is trying to tell Israel what size bombs they can drop and how to fight in urban combat to reduce casualties. In Iraq while we were fighting there 50-60000 Iraqi civilians were killed in 2006-2008 alone. What the U.S. proposes means more dead Israelis and fewer dead terrorists. Israel is pushing back telling Blinken his advice is “irrelevant”.

Unlike the 73 war when Israel took over Sinai or the Lebanon war when they took over 1/2 of Lebanon, this time there will be no ceasefire until the hostages are released (probably all dead) or Northern Gaza looks like Dresden (1944) or San Francisco (2023). Israel and the Jews know they are alone, they have been for Centuries (except a few years here and there).

The recent joint letter from numerous prominent law firms to several big-name law schools, warning that their graduates will not be hired unless the law schools clean up their act (especially as to anti-semitism) is a good start. The legal profession also needs to focus intensely on punishment for lawyers who withhold exculpatory evidence. A lawyer who engages in such prosecutorial abuse, like Andrew Weissman, should be disbarred, not honored with a job at NYU law school. They also better clamp down hard on the explosion of vicious political “lawfare”.
But as to your remark that DeSantis never worked a day as a lawyer, his official bio includes serving as a Navy JAG officer, and after the Navy, as a federal prosecutor, focusing on child abuse cases. ??

After the last seven years of lawfare against a legitimate American(Trump) at significant cost to his estate, more importantly against his lawyers and family, I am at a loss to grant legitimacy to the profession these days. What’s the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. That’s our foreign policy with respect to Israel. And Israel has gone along with it till now because we promised them weapons and aid if they did. I ask you, why are we paying a Secretary of State or president for nonsense like that? Here is the truth as I see it; most of our government doesn’t care what happens to Israel. It’s the dirty little secret in DC. As long as the killing and shelling and rocket attacks are far from our homeland, they just don’t care because we can go to the all-knowing and righteous UN and pretend we brokered a peace. This is Hula-Hoop diplomacy where you keep doing what the international community wants even though we all know it is fruitless and will happen all over again. If we didn’t use Israel as a testing lab for our newly built weapons systems, the official position on Israel would be far different I suspect. No more stop-start wars. Israel is being killed one person or one hundred persons or one thousand persons at a time. Now it’s time to finish it. If the mid-east doesn’t like it, tough. Seventy plus years of killing is enough. Now finish it and let’s find out if we are really close allies with Israel or not. Maybe the WaPo or NYT should run a classified ad for a Secretary of State this weekend. Only qualification needed is a backbone and moral base.

The Palestinian/ Hamas declared war on Israel on Oct. 7, 2023.
The “good” that Israel can do now is to thoroughly clear out Gaza from all remnants of Palestinians/Hamas, and declare it all as now part of the State of Israel proper, then settle and develop it accordingly. That is what is “due” - long overdue - to the people of Israel: no more rockets being fired almost daily, no more incursions, no more suicide bombers and ambushes, no more playing the game that these so-called neighbors ever wanted anything remotely resembling “peace”.
And if anyone has a problem with that, they can expect the same consequences.
No matter what Israel does, no matter if they did allow a ceasefire, or whatever concessions they agreed to, they will ALWAYS be held at fault, ALWAYS be blamed, ALWAYS be the “bad guy”.
So my advice to them is once and for all to say, “FU all! We’re gonna do this our way, the right way, and you can hit the highway.”
I try very hard to listen to both sides, to believe that they might have a legitimate point if only I would listen. After having listened to Barack Obama for a few years I concluded that he does not have a legitimate point: he is extremely biased. Remember his comment after his first election that he knew more than any of his advisors? That takes supreme arrogance. And it is indicative of someone who will not learn. As it turns out, that is a good characterization of Obama.
I long ago concluded the same thing about Palestinians: it's their way or the highway -- or the morgue. People who take their side are either very biased or very stupid.
