Yeah, I wondered about that too. Sometimes she appears well under the influence of something, probably alcohol. Guess that should be expected from a person who has never won one primary, never read a staff briefing book, or realized she was born without a brain.

She’s just the current face of them and what they really do want to do. The policies are the same on the table in the UK after British elections just weeks ago. So even if Michelle their Savior takes over the ticket, the policies won’t change. Except that the media wouldn’t be banging Michelle about them, would they - they would just be quiet until Election Day and then rave about her brilliance.
Yep. A couple of funny memes I saw described this. They said something like: "Swapping in Harris for Biden is like pooping your pants and changing your shirt."
And the other one was something like: "Different Clown. Same Circus."
Jim, do you have any evidence she is a "he"? Seriously, I hate this constant theme of "Moochie is a guy" yet I have never seen one shred of credible evidence to support it. All true, EOD, but she still has to sell her abilities and get elected and she cannot do that on her own. The party bosses know she is a loser for them regardless of who is there to help. She picked Waltz over Shapiro over the best advice of the party. She did that, not the party. She is too ignorant and arrogant for even her own party of knuckleheads. Watch for them to get rid of her this week thru no confidence vote. It could happen.
Understood - I’ve read of the potential for a swap and have no way to even speculate on the odds. “They” knew Biden was a senile dunderhead in 2018 and shoved everyone else out of the way and pushed him over the finish line in 2020, and look where that got us.
Expect a surprise is my motto, and based on experience the radicals have no limits on tactics in support of their goal to achieve absolute power. I wonder what would happen to the BidenCash now KamalaCash in that event. I assume the legal team assembled is not actually for her, but for the candidate - whoever it is.
ooh, I hope you are so RIGHTTTTT about this one!!!! Just to see her angry face over being DROPPED FROM THE FAKE TICKET would be awesome for the entire COUNTRY! Reddog, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
“…inflation spiked in 2021 mainly because the pandemic snarled supply chains, and that the Federal Reserve’s policies…”
Everyone seems to have forgotten that inflation really spiked because on Day One, as promised, Pedo Joe all but destroyed the American oil industry. He campaigned on doing just that. The day after he was selected as president, I started to watch gas prices. Within 48 hours they started to slowly climb and then, after Inauguration Day, they took off like a NASA rocket. Which, of course, made the price of everything skyrocket. I know diddly about economics but even I saw this coming.
Meanwhile, we’re funding both sides of the Russia/Ukraine war because we’re sending billions to Zelensky and buying oil from Putin when we should be producing and using our own.
If ComAllah really wanted to do something about high prices she would heed the words of Sarah Palin…Drill, baby, drill!
Absolutely right, Plays. Biden immediately caused the price of energy to skyrocket and that causes the cost of everything to rise. It's not that complicated but some still don't get it.
I’m still stunned that all the big shots seem afraid of saying Fossil Fuels are Your Friends. Throw Net Zero in the trash - it’s meaningless. The climatistas seem to have won that intimidation game. No one seems willing to call Absolute BS on it.
When Gramps went after the oil industry and put another bullet in the coal industry, he sealed the deal. Then the stimulus/infrastructure bill (that wasn't) was the last straw. The rest was eye wash. Runaway inflation takes serious government spending and serious constraints on the energy markets to happen, and Joe Biden and VP Harris did that all with their own pointy little heads.
Thank You playswithneedles! This is the real story, we should not forget it. FROM DAY ONE, BIDEN WAS SET TO DESTROY THE USA AND DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB OF DOING THAT. I WILL REMAIN FURIOUS UNTIL ALL VESTIGES OF HIM AND KKK KAMALA ARE LONG GONE, AND TRUMP/VANCE ARE VOTED IN!
Yes but, what about a woman’s right to choose!? Be assured that a large percentage of voters who benefit from or agree with free tampons in boys and girls bathrooms don’t care whether they can afford a dozen eggs. Never underestimate the ignorance and stupidity of the America. voter.
True those who have enough money to not be impacted by Dem-flation can afford to only care about abortions.
But those who *are* impacted by economics just might not be motivated to vote for MORE of it - or they'll be too weakened by hunger to get to the polls to do so.
That last part is only sort of a joke. If we get 4 years of Commiela it will very likely be reality.
Maybe, but there is some compelling evidence that the voting public has had enough of Bidenomics and don't want any more under Harris. Most voters vote based on some metric close to their heart but there isn't a single person in America who goes to the grocery store, the gas station or who pays for their health, car, or home insurance that doesn't know there is something very, very wrong going on with the economy today. You simply cannot repackage it, ignore it, or blame DJT for it when you are running on nothing but the last four years of an administration that had your name on it. All the marketing people in the country can't make this mess seem tasty. So it isn't so much ignorance or stupidity, it's more like selfishness that causes these folks to constantly vote for losers.
MLR, YOU HAVE HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD, AND IT IS A STUPID, EMPTY HEAD!!!!!! Medicaid is now paying everyone in my state, so hiring anyone to do anything is a nightmare. These are the voters. They do not work and do not have to. Why would they vote for accountability? I would love to have a 5 year moratorium on all immigration. We are overwhelmed, and overloaded, and in need of a break.... a total break. No more DEI, and no more WELFARE FOR EVERYONE. I won't mention the state I am in.... no one seems to be bothered about the walls crumbling around us.
Rather than saying "never underestimate the ignorance and stupidity of the American voter" I would substitute "American" with the words "average Democrat and RINO Republican" voter. Both use "magical thinking" as the way to solve problems.
I remember in 2009 that 0bama’s physician, after his first appointment with the messiah, suggested that he “moderate” his alcohol intake. No doctor says something like that unless there is a problem. And the media gave a huge collective yawn.
We're heading into a DNC convention that appears to be a replay of 1968 with a policy platform that is a mirror of the 1970's. Deja Vu anyone?
As Don reminds us, we are seeing a replay of the dreaded decade of the 1970's before us. If there was ever a teaching moment for reducing the Federal government's size, reach, and inefficiency, it is right now. It would be a terrible thing for the constitutional conservatives to miss.
The message of a huge Federal government that is out of control to the detriment of all citizens could be so well packaged for the young to finally understand and old to remember and help to explain it.
To be frank, I predicted 50 years ago that the federal government would never shrink unless some great calamity happened. And all it has done since is grow.
The sad part is that a significant portion of the electorate will buy into this. It's the job of politicians to know better than that and not pander to the ignorance of the masses.
I didn't learn much getting my economics degree, but I did learn that there is no such thing as "price gouging". There is only supply and demand and demand isn't the only one that moves around in the short term.
Also, "inflation" is purely a monetary phenomenon. It has nothing to do with supply shocks. "Inflation" only slows down, it doesn't go away (or it shouldn't), but supply shocks do go away. It is correct that covid-supply shocks are still sticking around and causing problems, but to the democrats that's a feature, not a bug. If Trump had been in office the past four years with actual business people running the government and tending to the economy, a lot of the covid-era nonsense would have been cleaned up by now... and once he is back in office it finally will be.
They need the Covid disruptions. It was Calamity 1.0. Expect more of this as we move forward. And each one will necessarily get more dramatic and deadly as more people stop listening and obeying.
You underestimate humanities ability to learn I fear. They may try something else but a lockdown will never be allowed again. People will not soon forget what it did to their lives and their families.
Which is why business leadership needs to take messages and solutions forward that support a politician. Otherwuse, it is seen and heard as political finger pointing that Maganomics is better than bidenomics. The signal is lost in that noise.
This is like opening a website and reading that Woody Allen is leading Trump for the presidency by 10 points. The icing on the cake is a quote about Nobel Prize-winning economist Milton Friedman seeing his name associated with the Hee Haw circus. His estate should file a defamation of character suit. What's next? A story that the Dems replaced the jackass with Sherrod Brown?
They might be worried about her, but I am worried about DJT. Running against this moron, it shouldn't even be close. It is clear the campaign was caught flatfooted by Slow Joe dropping out and wasted several precious weeks figuring out how to respond. Not surprised that DJT is apparently unhappy with LaCivita and Wiles. (The ones who urged him to accept the June 27 debate. How'd that work out?) Now he's decided to get the band back together with Lewandowski & Co. Wouldn't surprise me if Bannon is chiming in from jail. From the looks of things in the last 72 hours, the new crew is making its presence felt and seems to be righting the ship. For all our sakes, let's hope so......
Back in the 90's my 16 yo daughter's first job was at a Taco Bell for minimum wage, she passed a basic math test and they gave her a small raise and put her on the window. She showed up on time for her first week, she got another small raise. Raising the minimum wage just freezes out the kids who need entry level experiences.
Best way to cut prices at McDonalds is to eat somewhere else. It’s called “supply & demand”. Lower demand - lower prices.
As for minimum wage: It’s a fool’s fiction. Minimum wage only raises the lowest rung on the income ladder making it harder to take that first step.
The $25,000 theft from taxpayers to 1st time homebuyers, similarly will only raise the price of starter homes by $25,000.
Price fixing is illegal when the private sector does it for a host of reasons.
When the government does it, it “monkey wrenches” the supply and demand equation, and results in scarcity of goods, illegal and dangerous black markets and general hardship.
And creates chaos.
Totalitarian revolutions depend on inducing chaos, which they then promise to resolve if given extraordinary powers… which is to say, dictatorial powers.
Chaos is central to their strategy. Overwhelm the systems (see Cloward & Piven)… open borders, unsustainable debt, disrupt energy supply, disrupt food supply, scamdemics, rioting, defund/diminish police to increase crime, fill the streets and parks with homeless vagrants & keep them there with unfettered drug supply, twist private enterprise with unreasonable regulations, impose critical theory to impose unnatural divisions … It’s all about chaos.
The revolution is on! It’s happening… here and now.
Chaos is their game. Brutal totalitarianism is their aim.
If Trump is smart enough and disciplined enough he will stick to hammering this “policy “ and not be telling people he is better looking than she is. He’s smart enough but the discipline thing has me concerned.
Like you, I would suggest Trump NOT be the messenger of the economic realities of the leftists - in part for the reason you cite - but more to establish stronger grassroots credibility of the message itself. The simple realities of the message need to be voiced by people who will be listened to by the moderates and leftists. Despite today's Surber post showing some defection of WaPo, they will still provide a strong endorsement of Harris (if she remains the candidate). This is where Musk can make a difference on X.
Here's an idea: At the next Trump rally of ten thousand+ people (young and old) change the format from DJT to a list of well respected speakers who appeal to the young and older demographics. Give each one ten minutes to cover a single policy topic. Each speaker would provide a high quality speech like reading an issue of IMPRIMIS. Trump gets 5 minutes to open and close the entire event of 90 minutes total.
Oh lordy no. Ten minutes is a HUGE amt of time to listen to an 'amateur'.
Even at the RNC convention, the first two nights had 'real people' and I think they were given five mins tops, possibly as little as 3 or 4.
Even Tucker was "supposed" to have only 20 mins I think it was, (I was sitting in view of the teleprompter, but since Tucker REFUSED to submit his comments in writing they just had a countdown clock instead of the script) and he BLEW RIGHT THRU the countdown clock. It was pretty funny.
Even tho I've cooled towards him due to his dance with antisemitism, he still spoke eloquently and passionately and was well-deserving of each of the minutes he took.
Ok, we can argue about - and tweak - the format details, but the concept is to get many faces and voices on many policy plans under Trump - from experts in the field (I disagree the speakers are amateurs. They probably know more about the specific topic than Trump).
The delivery of meaningful policy plans needs to be represented under Trump’s brand but be delivered by qualified people representing a broad base. I think Trump's rallies are getting repetitive and possibly less effective than a year ago. He needs to delegate his messaging detail while remaining the owner of the message.
I hear what you're saying. But people want (and need) to hear from the candidate him (or her) self.
I think it would be like having Tulsi Gabbard or Vivek Ramaswamy 'pinch hit' for Trump in a debate.
But it might be interesting for Trump to play a 1-2 minute video of some of the 'real people' who spoke at the RNC convention, like Amber Rose. I thought her speech was great.
I am not suggesting Trump use other politicians or even an Amber Rose. I am saying he needs smart people who are experts on a policy issue and let them provide brief and intense education touching all voting demographics. I am tired of hearing endless blather from politicians - even ones I like. “Politicians” are synonymous with “government”. They don’t do anything except through experts to their message. Get the experts out front.
You are making the frequent error that many conservatives make of wanting to educate the voters. That AIN'T gonna happen in an campaign!
I agree that citizens HAVE to be educated.
Which is why I keep saying that the crisis I think America is in is not just THIS election but that we're in a Stanley Cup, best of seven election series and our side is DOWN 3 games to nothing.
Our side must win the next FOUR (presidential cycles) in a ROW to have a chance to turn America around! That would give 16 years to EDUCATE (aka UNindoctrinate!) the population on things like the Constitution, federalism, economics, etc.
But elections are all about FEELINGS and very little to none about FACTS.
That is why negative ads (unfortunately) WORK and why, when that tool Harry Reid was confronted after BO beat Mittens when they had pushed the lie about Mitt not paying any taxes, Reid admitted it was a lie and said "So what? It worked, didn't it?"
If Commiela is going to implode as badly as many suspect, then enough of her 'base' will just stay home as they'll be too uninspired to get out to vote. I heard one analyst say that Trump's growth in the black vote did not wane when Commiela became the nominee. As the photos at the top of Don's post today indicate, the left's hoopla over Commiela is - as usual! - FAKE astroturf. Trump's support is real grassroots.
The MSM is trying to scare and depress voters so that when THEY TRY TO STEAL THIS ELECTION, they want us to BELIEVE it is remotely credible for this @#$% to win when IN REALITY it is not credible! (Any more than it was in 2020)
I agree with you. But I am not a Rose fan. She is a hypocrite of sorts. She lives a particular lifestyle and touts another. On the broad issues, I get it but they could have picked a far better messenger.
And I still don't know much about her. But I thought she was an excellent speaker to that demographic from which she comes. She was 'hip', charming and very pretty and also, most importantly, seemed totally sincere in her 'red pilled' experience.
The GOP needs to truly be the BIG TENT party. You win elections with ADDITION not subtraction.
Plus, everyone is at a different point in their evolution. She might not be where you approve of, yet, but she might get there. Remember, even Reagan and Trump were once Democrats. 😊
We don't have to agree on everything. We just have to agree on enough that matter. Antisemitism is somewhat subjective. It is the degree that matters. This election will be decided based on the economy and overall degradation of society.
My issue with Tucker was his allowing at least two guests that I know of who he allowed to air things that were categorically UNTRUE about Israel and Jews without him pushing back AT ALL.
At the very least that FOSTERS antisemitism and imo also flies in the face of Tuckers's otherwise very curious and questioning perspective.
I like what both of you (Shrugged and Gail W) have said--how about a blend of both your suggestions? Agree 10 minutes for other speakers is too long--5 is max before peoples eyes glaze over on educational stuff. But definitely would be good to mix it up a little at the rallies, which all do follow the same format. It also would keep Trump away from the podium a bit (assassination prevention) if they still have Trump on stage but behind bulletproof glass. It also helps get new names and faces in the conservative movement before the public. If anything does ever happen to Trump, the broader our bench is the better our movement will continue.
Good morning, all. That cackling female is as far from Brown Sugar as can be. I should know: I married a hard-rocking-school-of-hard-knocks-brick-house of a black girl from upstate New York 32+ years ago. The Kameleon hasn't got a patch on her, in looks or brains.
But, oh, boy, the JOY(tm)...I can't explain the enthusiasm of those who adore her other than willful blindness. Her(?) policies will have them in bread lines just like the rest of us. Maybe they think that their democrat privilege will have them overseeing those lines...good luck with that!
Time for another day. Grateful to be upright and sniffin'...and grateful for my Grrl, who makes me smile, laugh, and occasionally grit my teeth, heehee!
Like everything that is roooted and grounded in theory as opposed to practice, "price controls" have a facial appeal. After all, if rising prices are the problem, then prohibiting them from rising is the solution, right? Since "prices" are merely the end product of a series of prior events and transactions, a good example of what happens when only the end result is addressed would be The Johnstown Flood of 1889. Although the South Fork Dam held back the water in the river flowing into Johnstown, it did nothing to deal with the inflow of water above it such that eventually the dam gave way and sent a raging torrent into the town and destroyed it. Likewise, simply decreeing that prices must not rise does nothing about the lengthy series of events and transactions that go into the final "price" of anything, and by merely bottling up the end result, eventually that dam will also burst, with devatating consequences. Or to look at it another way, just as a locomotive hurtling down the tracks will certainly stop if it smashes into a wall, prices will stop rising if a wall of price controls is imposed by the government. However, everyone in the cars behind the locomotive will be killed or injured by the immediate cessation of forward movement. And so, price controls will have the same effect on everything in the train of events and transactions behind the locomotive. The problem is that the people currently "running" things are academicians and theorists, who have little if any acquaintance with how things work in the real world. They live in a fantasy, where all it takes to get something done is to issue a decree that it be so. They think that passing a law is the same thing as actually DOING something. Thus, they pass laws mandating gas mileage, decreasing CO2, eliminating coal/oil/gas use, imposing "equality," etc., etc. It is virtue signalling on a grand scale, making its proponents feel as if they have accomplished something of value without the slightest thought of possible adverse consequences. We have allowed ourselves to be governed by fools and knaves. Pray we do something about that and soon.
I cannot be the only commenter who remembers what happened in the 1970s, when the heavy hand of the federal government messed up the economy so badly that we had to bow and scrape for the local gas station to pump us a few gallons. Harris is a total fool, but we all know that; and how could she be anything else, with a father who is a "Marxist economist"?
A high school friend set me straight on water impoundments. "You cannot stop water. You can hold it up long enough to make it higher, but no matter how hard you try, you cannot in any way ever stop it."
The ding bat has no policies. No platform. No direct affirmation from delegates. Zero ability to tell the truth. She's afraid to do a press conference. And according to recent news items, she's a drunk. Put them all together...is there any wonder why the Democrat party symbol is a jackass?

Bingo! You win the prize, Don. She is an airhead being used as sock puppet 2.0 now that Biden is gone. The same unelected state that Biden had is still there and still operating her actions. Nothing will change from Biden to Harris except the continued deterioration of our country.
Most of these ideas she gave us are childish and insult our intelligence but you are right she dares not tell us what she really has in mind and uses this as a smoke screen.
She is what happens when candidates are Selected instead of Elected.
Braindead Biden too, for the last 3.5 years.
Or when elections are stolen....
AMEN! THESE THIEVES ARE NECK DEEP IN THE NEXT ELECTION BEING STOLEN AS WELL! OBAMA WILL DELIVER THE SPEECH AT THE DEM CONVENTION SOON! WE MUST PUT PRESSURE ON KKK KAMALA FOR BEING ILLEGALLY "CHOSEN' AS THE CANDIDATE, AGAINST ALL LAWS AND PROCEDURES! SHE CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO "JUMP IN TO A RACE" SHE DOES NOT BELONG IN.
But... When she was attorney general she demanded her staff call her "General". I mean... No dictator does that...
If she can be called a General I can be called Dr Jake. I was working on the doctoral thesis when I got drafted. I never went back so all I got was Dr Jake ABD(all be dissertation).
If she can be addressed as "General" then I can be addressed as "Your Majesty."
Yes your mad jesting.
CAREFUL, JEREMY, IN BRITAIN NOW, HEADS CAN ROLL OVER A STATEMENT LIKE YOURS ABOUT THE NEW SELF-APPOINTED 'GENERAL'. SELF-APPOINT YOURSELF AS "HER MAGESTY, LUANN"! IT SOUNDS VERY DEMOCRATIC!
Please do not hurt me, I misspelled "Your majesty", twice, Your Majesty. Will I still be able to buy Food and Jewelry???
Of course, I'll give you a tax credit for luxury goods shopping.
I couldn't possibly run for president because I wouldn't be able to wear my crown. I am busy presiding over my own kingdom.
IF SHE WANTS TO BE AND ACT LIKE A DICTATOR, THEN WE THE PEOPLE SHOULD REMOVE HER AS ALL DICTATORS OR DICT WANNA-BE CANDIDATES OFTEN ARE.
Her ‘Staff’ has t/b doing drinking games/bong hits/acid cubes to see who can create the next policy Chatty Kathy can Yack Out that alienates an even larger percentage of the Electorate.
Bong hits? Acid cubes? What the hell are those? Getting a little worried about you, CM. :)
I like your style, CactusMatt, you have been doing your homework. I would like her new nickname to be 'YACKOUT' !!! I hope she wears that $62,000.00 gold necklace to the Convention! Could she be trying to 'one-up' our Speaker of the House?
Commenting on behalf of my old college roommate, his Frat nickname was ‘00’ double-ought…. GPA for the party boy…
I watched a collection of her videos on X where she appears to be completely looped. Apparently, she is a wine expert.
Yeah, I wondered about that too. Sometimes she appears well under the influence of something, probably alcohol. Guess that should be expected from a person who has never won one primary, never read a staff briefing book, or realized she was born without a brain.
Be reasonable. If somebody was born without a brain, how would they know?
MYC@R gave her an IQ of room temperature for an excuse.
WIM, why are you not running for President?????
One reason: I haven't noticed a massive groundswell of support, not even a tiny one. Another: I couldn't qualify, not being born in America. Although -- I wonder if that has stopped certain others.
Red, if I have not told you lately..... YOU ARE LOVED!!!!!!! Best Post Award coming up!
So possibly another relative of granny boxwine. Or is that botox whine? I can never remember.
Her voice gets all "high" and weird.
Thank You, Your Majesty! I missed that, will go back to see it!
I hope only dumb women and White Dudes for Harris will vote for her.
Is there really a measurable difference between those groups?
just in numbers.... tons of dumb women, but can only find the barroom pole, and there are only 2 members of the White Dudes for Harris. It is going to be EPIC!!!
ok, face hurts, THANK YOU!
I'm slightly confused by your statement "zero ability to tell the truth."
Do you mean;
A. No skills whatsoever.
B. An inability to speak honestly and openly.
C. Job performance on par with Barry Soetoro
D. All of the above.
LOL!!! With Barry giving THE SPEECH at the DEMDONG CONVENTION, we can compare the two!
An appropriate quote for today: "Many people want the government to protect the consumer. A much more urgent problem is to protect the consumer from the government. Milton Friedman
Well done D.J. !!
there should be no mandated minimum wage, if you're productive you're an asset, if you're not you're a liability

I’m not voting for a person. I’m voting for an idea. It’s pretty clear: Kamala represents the Global Oligarchy. Trump represents freedom from that.
Unfortunately, the crazy cat ladies can’t understand global strategy and domination or the basics of economics.
I winced when I read " banging Michelle" in your comment.
The real question is whether "she's" the bang-er, or the bang-ee.
Jim, do you have any evidence she is a "he"? Seriously, I hate this constant theme of "Moochie is a guy" yet I have never seen one shred of credible evidence to support it. It's enough to describe her as a perennial malcontent.
Be very happy you missed the photos of "Her" in the long close fitting gown. Eeeeeuuuuuuughghhhhhhhhhhhh, uh, it's a man.
Me, too. I thought “now that’s a vivid image.”
Yes, one that made me throw up a little regardless of its gender.

In the end the policies are the same.
GREAT COMMENT. THANKS!
ooh, I hope you are so RIGHTTTTT about this one!!!! Just to see her angry face over being DROPPED FROM THE FAKE TICKET would be awesome for the entire COUNTRY! Reddog, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
Reddog,, since Obama is doing the Speech, do you think they will switch her out for him??????????? Any CGANCE OF THAT HAPPENING??????
Fat chance.
Absolutely right, Plays. Biden immediately caused the price of energy to skyrocket and that causes the cost of everything to rise. It's not that complicated but some still don't get it.
As a side note did anyone see the ad of PDJT on the phone calling for donations apx.20 seconds ??Too funny yet true .
no - CAN YOU SEND A LINK?
I saw it on twitchy so it ran on X
Flooding the economy with government dollars resulted in inflation.
Over and over again. And those dollars made a lot of Democrat companies very wealthy I suspect. Government money laundering.
Printing money is addictive
And it causes inflation.
One is spose to print enough money to keep up with the economy not to keep it up.
Runaway inflation takes serious government spending and serious constraints on the energy markets to happen, and Joe Biden and VP Harris did that all with their own pointy little heads.
s/b The Income Reduction Act
💯🎯
Never underestimate the ignorance and stupidity of the America. voter.
Welllll, IDK about that.
Harris isn’t polling well and now there are reports of an alcohol issue.
Up here Trudeau fer shur isn’t polling well and several people are commenting on his appearance.
The powers that be all know this and know we see it and know it too.
Still think we’re going to be allowed to vote ourself out of this?
Well, Argentina voted themselves out of it, in a most spectacular fashion so far!!
If they can do it, we can too!!
And so can you Canadians!
(Is 'Canucks' a derogatory term? It has a lot more charm than "Canadians" but I wasn't sure if it had negative connotations.) 😊
You may use Canuck freely with the full knowledge that we of the North will smile and say ‘Hail Fellow well met’
wonderful!! 😊
Canuck is not derogatory at all.
I remember in 2009 that 0bama’s physician, after his first appointment with the messiah, suggested that he “moderate” his alcohol intake. No doctor says something like that unless there is a problem. And the media gave a huge collective yawn.
And HOW INTERESTING that the Republican nominee is a lifelong ABSTAINER!!
That's fine, but I can't believe Diet Coke all day long builds character, either.
That's fine, but I can't believe Diet Coke all day long builds animosity.

Keep the positive thoughts and vote, and vote often, Chuck.
Nope
Shrugged, I agree with you on all points, but these evil people are determined to make us Venezuela
It will be monkey pox or something similar. We are not falling for that again.
Have you read about the Marburg virus, causes profuse bleeding from every orifice.
Yuck. Wasn't aware of that virus.
That's the one they need.
People will throw their babies in volcanos
You underestimate humanities ability to learn I fear. They may try something else but a lockdown will never be allowed again. People will not soon forget what it did to their lives and their families.
Covid-Schmovid!
It's was the PLAN to get Trump...didn't work...that's why they pulled the trigger about 9 times and missed!
Now it's splodey heads all around for the educated idiots...
I say starve the damn rats in charge and watch'em writhe in pain and agony.
I will vote for you. Run for office! Use the last sentence as your campaign slogan. You will win!
Yes, inflatioon is a monetary phenomenon caused by governments. Hat tip Milton Friedman.
Which is why business leadership needs to take messages and solutions forward that support a politician. Otherwuse, it is seen and heard as political finger pointing that Maganomics is better than bidenomics. The signal is lost in that noise.
On target. The covid accordion economy effect is still happening.
Doris: "You have no values. With you it's all nihilism, cynicism, sarcasm, and orgasm."
Harry: "Hey, in France I could run for office with that slogan, and win!" - Woody Allen, "Deconstructing Harry."
The way it's going, Brown may be available after November. At least, I hope so.
Bernie Moreno
Delete "available." Insert "irrelevant." There, I fixed it for you.
Jim Comstock's paper, The Hillbilly, was written up in the NYT, I think. The author referred to it as, "sophisticated."
Comstock demanded a retraction. My kind of man.
The government gets its 7% in sales tax no matter what
Best way to cut prices at McDonalds is to eat somewhere else.
Please, America, don’t be woke - be awake!
Spot on!
I think that's why he picked Vance among other reasons. Vance has been the voice of flyover country frustration with the Dem party. He's pretty young.
Ah, ok, I understand your suggestion now.
And I'm sorry but I have to disagree with it.
(Any more than it was in 2020)
That is my 0.02 anyway. 😊
Peter Navarro is an expert and it's like watching paint dry when he fills in on the Warroom.
I agree with you. But I am not a Rose fan. She is a hypocrite of sorts. She lives a particular lifestyle and touts another. On the broad issues, I get it but they could have picked a far better messenger.
I had never heard of her before.
I'm not sure antisemitism is subjective.
And I'm certain that facts are not subjective.
Last sentence Reddog !!
He was different on Thursday. I heard he strayed back to form on Saturday.
He doesn’t need to insult others. They will indict themselves.
Trump isn't speaking to the home viewer. It's a rally he's speaking to the people that are there. They came to hear his greatest hits.
I dunno. I get IMPRIMIS, but it makes me sleepy.
Brown Sugar?!?
Have a great day everyone.
Ah, Steve, you're assuming that they WANT to fix things.
Many, including me, are of the opinion that all that we see are not 'bugs', they're features.
Henry Hazlitt explained all this in the 40's

A high school friend set me straight on water impoundments. "You cannot stop water. You can hold it up long enough to make it higher, but no matter how hard you try, you cannot in any way ever stop it."
Well said, Steve.
