I've been watching Ramaswamy ever since he came down the golden.....no wait that was someone else..... Seriously he got my attention right away. I've been teaching people how to say and spell his name correctly all last year. I'm still a diehard Trumper but Ramaswamy has my attention.
I liked him from the start. Every so often, he takes a stance I don’t like, but who doesn’t. His being an outsider and fearless in his talk reminds me of someone. VR would be an excellent VP choice.
The problem is every politician sounds as good as they are ever gonna sound during a campaign. Then if they win, they seem to lose their gift for talking tough. Proof is in the pudding.,Ramaswamy is probably a good guy. But the Swamp is tough and they fight dirty. At least Trump has shown that he will stand in the breach for the country. That counts.
Many of the people who dismiss Dr. Carson as a pushover because of his calm demeanor do so at their peril. I spent many years as an allied health professional in a top pediatric medical center working with surgeons and specialists of similar caliber. They run the gamut from hot tempered to cold as ice but the one thing they all possess is absolute certainty that they are right when they make a decision and nobody can sway them. The one thing Ben Carson has going for him that a lot of his peers don’t is his faith in God. I have no doubt that he would be a strong VP and a worthy successor to President Trump.
Remember watching a Townhall event with Dr. Carson and he was asked about taxes and if they were lowered how would we take care of the poor. He said “Tithe”. Was brilliant. There is no doubt in my mind that the poor would be much better served on a local level than our federal government.
I met Dr. Carson in 2016 when he ran for president. Absolutely brilliant. There are no "ums" "ahs" or "you knows" in his speech. He is succinct and just brilliant.
So what happens if a real pandemic comes around? Who is going to run to the drug store to get injected with God know what? A cry wolf situation?
Sen. Kennedy knows these imbeciles as well as anyone. One of his best of late was his take on Kamala... "... said that Americans have concluded that VP Harris is not capable -- that when her IQ gets to 75, she should sell." Priceless!! I'm sure Mr. Surber has probably brought this to our attention but it is worth repeating.
Luciferase - an oxidative bioluminescence protein, can be from various protein classes. Generates light in the presence of a substrate and oxygen. Used in biotechnology. That I knew. Lucifer means “light bearer” in Latin, which I did not know.
We did not let our younger kids get vaccinated. The oldest is an adult and he refused on his own.
If I didn’t get the vaccine, then I would have lost my surgical practice, as proof of vaccination was required to work at surgery centers and hospitals. So it was a “choice” according to some, but I see it as illegal coercion by a bunch of evil people who knew that everything they were doing was wrong. But those of us on the receiving end, we didn’t know. Because the data was hidden. And health care workers were the first group to get jabbed. If I knew then, what I know now, I would have closed up shop.
They knew the vaccine was not safe. The government accepted it on the basis of minimal data that was manipulated. They knew that too. Pfizer, FDA, whatever. These people all know each other for decades and they are all in on the same game. They knew mRNA technology has never created a successful vaccine, and that’s still true today. They knew that bad things could happen to the people who took it. They aren’t stupid. They’re evil. Many of us are angry and want justice. Covid was a government operation. It is the crime of the century - so far. Fauci, and the other monsters on the inside of this thing, deserve harsh punishment.
Sorry to hear what you went through as a fully engaged medical professional. It had to be a gut-wrenching experience.
I couldn't wrap my head around the question of why Docs, hospitals, the entire medical community followed orders without questioning the mandates. There was good published science in direct opposition to the policy recommendations. How can a mandate be issued for an untested jab? Fauci lied through his ass and nobody held him to account. Where did the moral heroes go?
I don't expect anything different from government, but I hope in the future, the medical community will stand up to the government as a profession. First, do no harm.
The medical community will not stand up to the government. The medical societies, certifiying boards, medical schools, and state regulatory boards are either ideologically in line with the statists or effectively bought off. The AMA is a joke. The American College of Surgeons is introducing a whole bunch of DEI crap as we type. It's the same racialist commie nonsense we are seeing in all sectors now. The medical community won't even stand up to hospitals.
There was not much data on the vaccines when they came out. That came later. There was speculation that they wouldn't work well based on prior mRNA vaccine efforts, but nobody had ever tested mRNA vaccines on a large population. We were all guinea pigs.
Look, I respect the people who said no. But when you own your own business, need to make a living, have employees, etc., it's a tough ask to just shut your doors, when you can't open them again for the foreseeable future or until some case makes it through the courts, which have thus far have not kept hospitals and surgery centers from requiring vaccinations. They do it for flu as well. I don't take the flu shots because I had an allergic reaction one year. (And they don't work well either btw). To date fortunately, as far as I can tell, neither I nor my wife have suffered an adverse health event from the vaccines. But it's early days still.
I don’t blame any individual physician - except for Anthony Fauci. He lied to the American people for more than a year. You correctly state not much was known about mRNA, and the little that was known was not good. How was the vax repeatedly promoted as “safe and effective”? There were no real clinical trials. The whole thing was a fraud. Someone has to pay for this.
We all got forced to have the m RNA shots or we could not practice. The joy has been fishing clots out of young kid’s carotid, arteries after they’ve stroked, treating myocarditis, and the added bonus is having patients who had here to for curable cancers die within a month diagnosis from untreatable turbo cancer.
I did the J@J at my Doc.s insistence then found clot in my leg following open-heart surgery.During a follow up the nurse asked if I would boost to which I said never. She then told me she felt the same and would refuse hers.
Tanto and Mark--It is good to hear from physicians like yourselves on this; I value your knowledge base. I have been surprised at how few physicians have spoken up. And how few have backed up the few who DID speak up. I think we have all generally felt doctors were some of the best and brightest folks in America. If they had spoken up alot more, they truly could have turned the tide on this whole COVID episode.
I would be interested in your response to what I think is one of the reasons they didn't speak up. It seems to me that the medical profession has become very "consensus oriented". Because of malpractice lawsuits, I think they have come to "find safety in the herd"--meaning that so long as one follows "the generally accepted protocol" for treating an illness, they have a good defense from malpractice suits--"I was just doing what is widely accepted science."
It really seems to me that medicine is heavily permeated now with "the accepted protocol" frame of mind.
I think this same fear of stepping away from the crowd leads to physicians no longer expressing humility. Our science is continually evolving, and one has to admit there are alot of areas where what we are doing today is in some ways just groping for a healing solution. Further advances will come in the future. But for now, it seems doctors don't want to admit that "the current protocol" might have some deficiencies. They all need to "get on board" even with a treatment that is only so-so. If they weren't under pressure to conform, I think many doctors would much more readily admit the downside of many current treatment approaches.
Therefore, the "best and the brightest" minds have been 'emasculated' from challenging the "generally accepted consensus"--right when we REALLY needed them to be bold and outspoken.
10. Fauci and the 6 foot rule. It was a lie, they knew it was a lie and they pushed it anyway. There is no worse example of government deliberate malfeasance. It can be matched but not exceeded. Fauci was rewarded for it. Welcome to government in the 21st Century.
On top of that, it was everybody must wear a mask, get the shot, close all but "essential" businesses & schools - now tell me exactly who wants to be a dictator!
There are still the imbeciles with the masks. Not for health reasons but for A) To show that they are Dem lemmings. B) Makes them feel superior. And C) Makes them feel righteous. Honestly, is there any other reason when we see people driving alone on the highway with masks on. It is hysterical... and pathetic.
#10. How many millions of dollars were spent manufacturing and putting those stickers every six feet in every public building in the country? And how many millions more was spent in removing them and cleaning/repairing damage to those floors? Send the bill to Fauxci.
I was always skeptical through the COVID escalation into unconstitutional oblivion, which is why I refused the Vax. When the CDC was coming up with the crazy rules during lockdown about "social distancing" I came across an article that explained the origin of the phrase and the practice.
I can't verify this but this is what I recall: The article said the term "social distancing" was created by a high school student who was writing a term paper. It was a suggestion as to how it might minimize the spread of disease. Somehow George Bush heard about this story and suggested it be adopted as a recommendation (for an earlier pandemic). It stuck but most didn't know its origin - just assumed it was "science".
This story was brought up in some interviews at the time COVID policy was rolling out and it was immediately debunked and covered up, thus making it appear as science. Just like all the evidence that masks did NOTHING to protect the user or others in their vicinity, it was still pushed as science. It was all bullshit and Fauci PUSHED it all on us knowing it was a lie.
Vaccine hesitancy? For me it is Government Bureaucrat hesitancy. If they can charge and jail a man for creating a meme about Hillary, then Fauci should be in jail for the rest of his life. We need to hit Fauci so hard that our government will have "fake pandemic hesitancy".
I didn’t get any of the shots either - figured that something the government was pushing so hard couldn’t be good. Fauxci is guilty of mass murder and crimes against humanity. Life in prison is not enough.
It was always a sick joke in the hospitals I work at. 6 feet? So virus can effect one at 5’11” but not 1 inch further? We knew the truth about Fauci from his arrogance and ignorance with the HTLV3/HIV virus. He should have been in jail for what he did to the young gay men at that time. But like government employees he was awarded and promoted. Hopefully he enjoys a millennia in Hell.
…and don’t forget the one way arrows up and down every aisle. I remember the glares I’d get when I rolled down the “wrong way!” Hilarious - but insane.
The Tweet of the Week really cracked me up. I don't know which is funnier, putting Alice Cooper's face into the video or Dr. Jill trying to convince us that Joe is up to the job. Item 17 regarding baby boomers struck home with me. The big reason most of us boomers are doing well in retirement is that we actually planned and saved for it instead of spending like fools for frivolous things. Oh, and we had something called a work ethic. I could go on, but most of you get it. I picked Elise Stefanik in the poll because she is smart and tough and, I believe she would make a good President. Sarah Sanders was my second choice for the same reasons. Vivek is brilliant, but he is a bit too radical in his ideas, but would make a great Sec. of State or some other high level Cabinet post. She was featured as voice-over in a Trump campaign ad that gives you goosebumps!

ITEM 12: Hunter Biden attended a congressional hearing on whether to hold him in contempt for not showing up at another congressional hearing. It did not go well.
OK, when I saw this happen, all I could imagine was Hunter and his lawyer getting thoroughly stoned the night before and then, while hysterically laughing, deciding “what a great idea it would be to just show up there tomorrow!”
Great story about Byrnside's Fort. Your home state has so much beauty and history. We have flown into Roanoke and driven over to the Greenbriar for meetings/vacations and the mountains, pastures, and forests probably conceal all sorts of historical structures. It's great the buyer of the property has appreciation for the same.
The Crown gift to the customers at your local Burger King is a stroke of genius. I hope the young lady doubles her business. Maybe Cristy in his travels can stop by and get one, along with a couple of double meat, double cheese burgers, large fries, and a diet Coke, now that he has the time. So sad for both of his supporters.

From the list, I’m thinking Sarah. Vivek can be so useful in another high level position in PDJT’s administration. Like cutting Dept. of Education budget in half. Then Sarah/Vivek or Sarah/Sen. Kennedy for 8 years. I’d like MTG to also have a high level position in PDJT’s administration.
8. The US attacked the Red Sea pirates again last night. The White House rolled out Biden to comment on the attack. Biden’s demeanor during the comment was the saddest most disheartening performance I have ever witnessed.
The way the Obama/ Biden administration literally protects Iran is the most irrational, insane, suicidal behavior imaginable. It is beyond delusional and utterly deadly to this country, Israel and the world.
Item #7: Please stop denigrating Klinger. Klinger was very, very sane. He wore dresses in an attempt to show that he was unhinged so as to get discharged from the Army. Today's cross dressers/trannies want the rest of us to acknowledge their mental illness as legitimate.
Klinger also came through when the chips were down. He didn't go hunting a safe space a quake beneath a table. He was right there to assist with triage and in the OR.
AND he eventually got married to a very lovely Korean girl and moved back to Cleveland.
I remember the time I was asked, "Do you want a crown?" It was my dentist and it cost me a week's pay.
But did he ask you if you wanted fries with it? Or did he install a whole grill so you could flame-broil us all with your puns?
Have patients with the Jester.
Brilliant!
You got off cheap. My last crown was closer to two weeks pay. But it came with a side of a root canal.
Wait until you need an implant!

ABSOLUTELY! TRUMP HAS BEEN THROUGH HELL AND LIVED TO LAUAGH ABOUT IT! HEY, IT AIN'T BRAGGIN' IF YOU CAN DO IT!
Quick on his feet and handles the media quite well. But I still hope the VP will be Ben Carson. But Ramaswamy would may be a second choice.
Many of the people who dismiss Dr. Carson as a pushover because of his calm demeanor do so at their peril. I spent many years as an allied health professional in a top pediatric medical center working with surgeons and specialists of similar caliber. I LOVE DR. CARSON.... OUR VICE PRESIDENT NEEDS TO SHOW POWER AND AMERICAN DETERMINATION IN EVERY GLANCE.... THAT MEANS IT HAS TO BE GENERAL FLYNN !

Boil your water before drinking it. Mr. Deplorable. Your handle causes me to reminisce....
When Trump won in 2016 my friends and I had a "Deplora-Ball" to celebrate.
Our local catholic priests are disgusted by Pope Francis. They will not participate in these charades. The respond to a higher authority.

AND WHY IS THAT GUY STILL BREATHING AIR??? WHAT DID I MISS????
Is there any doubt that this guy is pathological? Nor is there any doubt he could pass a Polygraph test with ease.
I would say he is a textbook psychopath.

Talk about glares! I was confronted a few times and just shrugged them off. I haven't had a regular flu shot in at least 40 years.

No one should be VP or even in the Cabinet who ever took a Federal paycheck. 1st step toward cleaning house.
This^^ Yes ma’am!
I voted Sarah Sanders, who I believe would be an extraordinary VP. She’s been directly in the line of fire in the White House as Press Sectary, and handled those animals brilliantly.
She knows all the villains and all their vicious tricks.
She is also shown herself to be a superb Red State Governor.
She was featured as voice-over in a Trump campaign ad that gives you goosebumps!
I would not be disappointed if she is his pick.
I would give you a thousand likes if I could. I voted for her too.

My guess is "stroke meds."
Say 'No!' to MTG!!
The Bamster is envious of Iran's mullahs. Biden doesn't even know where he is much less Iran.
