(Shelley stood by and did nothing when we lost that 5th seat to bogus California and other states whose census numbers included tons of illegal aliens disenfranchising West Virginia citizens.). It would be an outrage to have both passive RINO’s Shelley and Moore Capito taking up two of our precious 4 seats in Congress.

I don't know what is the arrangement – I'm guessing a handful of corporate bakeries produce the varieties of cookies made available to the organization, so purchasing the manufacturing source isn't practical - so there must be an incentive for manufacturers to decline that business.
