Happy anniversary, Raid on Mar-a-Lago

Today marks the first anniversary of Obama’s Raid on Mar-a-Lago in which his henchmen in the FBI went to President Donald Trump’s residence to retrieve some documents for the National Archive, which was in a pissing match with The Donald over who gets what records. That the documents can easily be Xerox-ed and shared never entered the picture. Instead the bureaucracy wants a death match with a duly elected president who dared challenge the authority of these appointed-for-life busy-bodies who actually run the federal government.

(Congress passes lengthy laws that nobody reads and then gives the bureaucracy permission to interpret the law, thereby actually writing the law. The bureaucracy then bypasses the court system by enforcing its rules through administrative law judges — who are appointed by the agencies with Senate confirmation. The republic went bananas decades ago; we are only now realizing it.)

The raid was part of Obama’s on-going Operation Crossfire Hurricane, in which he used the intelligence community to spy and lie on Donald Trump. The name comes from a song by by the Rolling Stones, which is Trump’s favorite group. A name more appropriate for Obama comes from the song the Rolling Stones recorded that was deliberately written so Decca Records could never release it.

Crossfire Hurricane allowed Obama to use the FBI to spy on Candidate Trump and to set him up for two years of special prosecutorial harassment with that Russiagate nonsense. The allegations in the fictional scandal were outrageously obvious falsehoods such as hiring hookers to pee in a bed that Obama once slept in. Projection explains so much of what Democrats claim and do.

Oh, and the smeller was the feller. The Washington Times reported, “An ex-FBI official who was part of the bureau’s Trump-Russian collusion probe into former President Donald Trump’s campaign will plead guilty to charges of colluding with Russia himself, a federal judge suggested on Monday.

“Jennifer Reardon, a Manhattan-based federal judge, wrote in an order that attorneys for the disgraced official, Charles McGonigal, wish to change their plea in the case. Initially, Mr. McGonigal had pleaded not guilty to four corruption charges, including conspiring to evade U.S. sanctions, money laundering, conspiring to commit money laundering and conspiring to violate federal law against doing business with sanctioned individuals.

“Each of the four counts has a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.”

Crossfire Hurricane continues even today, although some of the original participants either retired or were prosecuted. Obama is bound and determined to make the usurper to his unironic throne pay.

The Raid on Mar-a-Lago took months of planning and propaganda. On February 10, 2022 — six months before the raid — the intelligence community leaked a story to the Washington Post, which began, “Some of the White House documents that Donald Trump improperly took to his Mar-a-Lago residence were clearly marked as classified, including documents at the ‘top secret’ level, according to two people familiar with the matter.”

Paragraph 4 said, “The markings were discovered by the National Archives, which last month arranged for the collection of 15 boxes of documents from the former president’s Mar-a-Lago residence.”

15 boxes.

The Today Show headline was “Trump Took 15 Boxes Of Classified Records To Mar-A-Lago, National Archives Says.”

Six months later, CNN reported, “The FBI executed a search warrant Monday at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, as part of an investigation into the handling of presidential documents, including classified documents, that may have been brought there, three people familiar with the situation told CNN.

“The former President confirmed that FBI agents were at Mar-a-Lago and said ‘they even broke into my safe.’ He was at Trump Tower in New York when the search warrant was executed in Florida, a person familiar told CNN.”

It took 30 FBI agents 9 hours to collect the 15 boxes of documents which, according to the original Washington Post story, some included classified materials.

Of course, in actuality, they took far more than 15 boxes — hauling away 200,000 documents (only 100 of which the Biden administration later would claim were classified). Included in the haul were Trump’s passports, some clothing and sundry other paraphernalia that had nothing to do with national security, which was the excuse Obama used for this abuse of a political opponent. He is not quite at the Vladimir Putin level of corruption, but give him time.

At the time, I wrote, “The confiscation of items totally unrelated to national security shows that far from upholding the Constitution, Biden’s Boys were committing crimes. Taking Melania's panties — or whatever articles of clothing they took — is not an act of investigation. Confiscating personal items is intimidation.”

The FBI surreptitiously claimed through leaks that Trump had nuclear codes as if he were planning to launch a nuclear war from his golf course in Palm Beach. Oh, no, there goes Chi-Ca-Go, Trumpzilla!

The Raid on Mar-a-Lago came 2 1/2 years after Democrats impeached Trump — alleging, “President Trump—acting both directly and through his agents within and outside the United States Government—corruptly solicited the Government of Ukraine to publicly announce investigations into—

“(A) a political opponent, former Vice President Joseph R. Biden, Jr.; and

“(B) a discredited theory promoted by Russia alleging that Ukraine—rather than Russia—interfered in the 2016 United States Presidential election.”

The Senate found this and a second allegation to be a lie as they acquitted Trump.

But now Biden does exactly what a Democrat House falsely accused President Trump of doing: using the government to investigate a political opponent.

The Raid on Mar-a-Lago was absurd and prosecutorial malice. But despite their attire and degrees, the people conducting this are fools — almost as foolish as their friends in the media who keep publishing and broadcasting the intelligence community’s side without any second thoughts or hesitation.

They crapped out on the Mueller witch hunt and two impeachments, the second of which should invalidate any attempt to charge him for January 6’s protests as that would be double jeopardy.

Media polls show that even after 8 years of the media badgering Trump, only 52% want him indicted — and that’s with 65% believing J6 was a serious crime.

His poll numbers go up with each indictment.

Democrats smirk as they believe he is a sitting duck. They believe they easily can beat Trump next year.

But the public sees the Raid on Mar-a-Lago for what it is: a sham, a scam and a final stand. The American people are the ultimate jury. If the elections are fair and square, he will win in a landslide.

The Washington Post owned by Jeff Bezos, a former richest man in the world, reported, “A majority of Americans think the Trump probes are about 2024.”

The story said, “Nearly 6 in 10 Americans think that the investigations into Trump are an effort to keep him from winning the White House next year. Trump argues that he’s being indicted because his opponents want to punish his supporters; half of Republicans think that the probes are ‘an attack on people like me.’”

We are fighting for our lives. If the FBI can break into a former president’s home and confiscate everything that isn’t nailed down, what chance do we have up against this fascist regime?

In 2020, Trump received 75 million votes — or 10 million more than Hillary did in 2016. Add another 10 million and the voting falls outside the margin of theft.
