Wray that clearly originated from the Trump WH & DoJ...apparently, the bureau will do as it pleases, and its loyalty was to Obama.

Step one: Remove from the FBI all functions that historically, constitutionally belong to other agencies. There is a US Marshal service, every state has forensic labs nowadays, there are private and government computer labs now.
Step two: Dissolve the agency. All existing personnel can apply for other govt jobs but start at the back of the hiring list. Except for the ones being prosecuted by those other agencies I just mentioned.
The only terrorists, who have a already committed a crime, are the 'only' true terrorists, the FBI have caught. The rest were set up. TSA hasn't caught a terrorist ever.
