Merry Christmas!

Luke 2:14    “Glory to God in the highest,

and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!”

And a fiery sneak attack to the rest of you. :-)

Really enjoying your longer articles. Just trying to find time to get through them all can be a challenge. Happily we have until next week for your next installment. Your wise words would meet a far larger audience if I had anything to do with it.

You Don Surber and Donald Trump are about the only two people outside family that I trust - and some of them are kinda shaky ;-) Merry Christmas from the Edwards in Chattanooga and keep at least until the Biden plague has passed.

Psalm 33:12 ''Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord;'' General George Washington knew that, too.

Pretty funny to read a substack & see Waldoboro -- where I have lived going on 20 years -- made famous. 😆

"I think hell yeah. Even at 103, he would kill you in your sleep if he had to. On Christmas."

Sounds like my next door neighbors. Locals who have been here since they kicked out the natives are notoriously nuts & hate "transplants." Mean-spirited doesn't quite describe it.

In retaliation for my sin of phoning them & giving them, instead of the police, free access to my property when 2 of their cows & their bull made their way into my pasture, a couple years later they tried to run over my dogs in my driveway.

My last interaction was a couple years ago when I was walking down the street & a relative & her super-inbred brats stood in their yard, yelling "Your a loser, your a loser, your a loser!!!!!" over & over as I passed by. This time I duly notified the police exactly where to look first if anything happens to me or my animals. 🤷

Thanks for a great retelling of such an important piece of our history.

We need to be reminded that fighting for freedom, which we must again do today, is long, laborious, thoughtful (re: Knox) work. It won't be easy for us to retake our country, but it's worthwhile and it's doable.

Again - great (hi)story. I'm inspired.

Thank you for the history. American schools used to teach American history in the recent past. George Washington was the first president under the U.S. Constitution, there were 8 other presidents before G. Washington under the United States Confederation, which gave each state it's own rights, (too many rights for the British Empire to accept). Trump will soon become the 19th Constitutional President, since U.S. Grant sold us back to the British Empire in 1867 or 1868. Free at last, free at last!!

Sounds kinda like this weeks weather. To hear and see the reports you’d think there never was a blizzard or cold weather in December ever before in all of history. Thanks for a great post.

Perhaps John Glover deserves some credit for the Crossing.
