America doesn’t need an election; it needs an exorcism.
Trump or death. The indictments cannot stand.
Many readers are under the impression that they have a choice in next year’s presidential election. Allow me to disabuse them of this false notion. Alvin Bragg, Jack Smith and Fani Willis took away the right of Republicans to choose a presidential candidate by indicting President Donald John Trump. Because the charges are bogus, we must re-elect him or government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall perish from the earth.
The indictments are a heinous act that rubs our noses in the filth, garbage and sewage of a power-mad central government that now exceeds the worst nightmares of some of our Founding Fathers. They were anti-Federalists who opposed ratification of the Constitution. They included Patrick Henry, who once said give me liberty or give me death.
We now say Trump or death, and that is no joke. Organizing opposition can get you 22 years in prison. The Republican Party goes along with this evil to get along.
The anti-Federalists secured the Bill of Rights and protected free speech, peaceful protest and the right to a fair trial. Just under 250 years later, the Biden administration seeks to complete Obama’s plan to destroy those protections of rights. President Trump delayed this plan and now Obama — through Biden — seeks vengeance.
The ability to persecute a duly elected president shows central government is too large, too powerful and too out-of-touch to lead us. Trump is our last hope of regaining control.
Washington has seized our rights slowly and suddenly. For example, the Department of Education uses money to get state boards of education to submit to the DOE’s will.
Agencies have administrative law judges to enforce the agency’s rules, giving them the weight of a law without Congress. HUD tried this trick on Donald Trump when he was young. HUD labelled him a racist in rentals. He sued to have the case brought before a real federal judge. HUD quickly agreed to what amounted to an admission that Trump had done nothing wrong.
Federal agencies last long after their original purpose ends.
The Environmental Protection Agency continues to bully us, long after American capitalists cleaned the air and water. In fact the biggest contamination of rivers in this century came when the EPA released 3 million gallons of toxic waste water into the Animas River. No one lost his job. No one went to jail. The press let it slide into the memory hole unexamined.
The ATF allowed guns in Arizona to be sold illegally in the hope of catching drug cartel masterminds. None were ever caught. ATF tried a sting operation in Milwaukee and ended up giving criminals a machine gun. The largest distributor of illegal weapons is the government.
The FBI is better at creating crimes than at solving them. The Abscam set up a sting that sent a pack of New Jersey politicians to prison but no one seems to wonder why the FBI believes it has such power to erase election results.
The bureau tried to bring down Marion Barry, the crooked but flamboyant mayor of DC. They had an old girlfriend set him up for a cocaine sting in a motel room. As they arrested him, he said, “Bitch set me up.” She had. But Barry’s lawyers were smart. They made the FBI show the entire videotape to the jury, which then acquitted him.
The sins of the FBI are well known to conservatives. From Ruby Ridge to the Whitmer Fake Kidnapping, the F in FBI seems more and more to stand for fascist, which is the union of government and corporations to restrict the rights of citizens. The Twitter Files prove the feds paid social media to censor conservatives — an actual election interference.
The biggest recent sin was luring to the Capitol maybe 500 of the people those who attended President Trump’s rally on the National Mall — some 100,000 attended — to the Capitol where they were set up and called insurrectionists. The Capitol Police mall guards — who number 2,000 — said they were outnumbered by 500 protesters. The only violence was Lieutenant Michael Byrd shooting and killing an unarmed Ashli Babbitt. He was promoted to captain.
But the draconian charges and kangaroo court sentences are mind-blowing. They went after people who were not even in Washington that day.
AP said, “More than 1,000 people have been charged with federal crimes related to the Jan. 6 riot. More than 600 of them have pleaded guilty or been convicted after trials decided by a jury or judge. About 600 have been sentenced, with over half getting terms of imprisonment ranging from three days to 18 years.”
About half the people charged were not even in Washington.
When Democrats invaded the Senate offices to protest the appointment of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, the Capitol mall cops gave Amy Schumer and others the choice of being arrested. Knowing she would never do any time, she virtue signaled and said yes.
But the FBI is only one of the agencies that are out-of-control. The Department of Homeland Security named white supremacists as the No. 1 terrorist threat — not drug lords, not Muslim radicals, not Red China’s spies and certainly not Antifa.
Republican Congressman Greg Steube of Florida called DHS out on this.
He said of a congressional hearing, “Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas on Thursday failed to name a case of domestic terrorism that his department has referred to the Department of Justice.”
I don’t know if Steube will do anything about it. Speaker Kevin McCarthy has yet to release any of the J6 videotapes after promising to release them all. Some call him Charlie McCarthy but he is more like Mortimer Snerd. Republicans are too busy being nice to Democrats to stand up for their supporters.
And what does being nice get them?
AP reported, “The special grand jury that investigated efforts by Donald Trump and others to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election results recommended indictments against twice as many people as the 19 ultimately charged by prosecutors, leaving South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham among those not indicted.
“The grand jurors’ report released Friday showed they recommended racketeering charges against 39 people, including Graham, former U.S. Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue of Georgia and former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn. Charging recommendations against others included false statements and writings, influencing witnesses and criminal solicitation to commit election fraud.”
Grand jury? It was a star chamber.
On Friday, Trump rallied in South Dakota, the geographic center of America. President Trump said, “I’m being indicted for you. That’s not part of the job description, but I’m being indicted for you.”
He spoke for nearly two hours. The next day, he attended the Iowa-Iowa State football game. Trump was the star attraction of the biggest football game in that state. It is 2016 again.
The state treasurer, Josh Haeder, told an NYT reporter, “How many indictments does it take to steal the presidential election in 2024? Here’s the answer: There’s not enough, because Donald Trump will be the next president of the United States of America.”
Republicans can belly ache all they want about the nomination process being unfair but in America, the federal government has shut down all the fairs. The government is handing out sentences that are longer than some murder sentences to people who didn’t even enter the building. There’s your fair. Unless we nominate and re-elect Trump, this will never end.
His record in his first term does not matter. You didn’t like his covid response? Too bad. This is not about covid or Ukraine or even balancing the budget. This is about stopping the virulent abuse of the public by the protected class in Washington. The FBI is no longer a law enforcement agency; it merely provides the rich men north of Richmond their muscle.
We cannot allow them to get away with this one because if they can do this to a president, the rest of us have not one chance in hell of defending ourselves.
Alan Dershowitz laid out the case for Trump, “Never before in our history has a leading presidential candidate been indicted, especially in the run-up to the election. If the trials themselves are unfair or even reasonably perceived to be unfair, our nation will be further divided and our standing in the world of democracies will be further damaged.
“There is great desire among those who strongly oppose what Trump did in the past and what they believe he is likely to do in the future to get him. Many believe that the noble end of preventing Trump from being our next president justifies ignoble means, including stretching the Constitution and the law so as to assure his conviction. They believe that the reelection of President Trump would be more dangerous than compromising his constitutional rights.
“That is a shortsighted view that endangers future generations of Americans.”
The indictments are not short-sighted because if Trump is imprisoned, there are not going to be future generations of Americans. They will be Soviet-styled slaves. Oh they will still be called Americans but they will be slaves. Instead of drowning their sorrows in vodka, they will do fentanyl and the like.
It is difficult to imagine this now, but Russia was once one of the most Christian nations in the world. The churches and cathedrals were beautiful. The services were spectacular. The first thing Stalin did was raze churches. Christianity is the biggest danger to tyranny because it gives the oppressed hope.
Karl Marx called Christianity the opiate of the masses. When you are suffering in pain, you need an opiate.
Christians founded what we now call the United States. England didn’t want them and they didn’t want England. And so they were exiled thousands of miles away to a land that took two months to reach by boat.
They tamed and cleared a wilderness. Sure, there were Indians — small bands of primitives who had no written language, not much technology and a vague understanding of the world. They fought wars and had slaves — as man has had since the dawn of civilization.
The Christians built this nation into the greatest land of all. It took them only 300 or so years. Along the way, they created a government that was meant to protect their rights. It has devolved into the biggest threat to America. We have met the domestic terrorists. They sit at desks in Washington.
The enemy from within used 9/11 to expand federal power and to launch wars. Once 9/11 served this purpose, it was discarded. Billionaire Mike Bloomberg supported building a Victory Mosque near Ground Zero. This year, Mayor Eric Adams has the Muslim Call to Prayer intoned throughout the city. Biden is spending 9/11 in Alaska, as far away from New York as possible and still be in the USA — and away from Maui and East Palestine, Ohio.
Satan has taken over just about every institution in the country that matters. Even churches now work for him, if unwittingly. We can call it communism or fascism but the only name that fits is Satanism.
How else do you describe a political movement based on pedophilia and the mutilation of children through hormone blockers and butchery on the surgeons table?
How else do you describe Red China turning our streets into opium dens with zombie fentanyl users?
How else do you describe a police state that arrests those who try to stop a crime while ignoring actual criminals?
The left gave up on the war on drugs but kept every one of those laws. They now use the laws against the opposition. It is everything Real Americans oppose. It is evil. It is Satanist.
We need an exorcism, folks.
President Trump was naïve in his first term. He thought Obama turned the government over to him. Obama won that round but I doubt he can withstand the whirlwind a second term for Trump will unleash.
So watch the RINO debates on Fox. Cheer for Nikki and Vivek and Ron. Boo at Dick Dastardly Pence and Snidely Christie. Pretend you still have a choice. Enjoy life while you are young because next year you will be a year older and at that age when Real Americans get serious and get down to winning an election — for Trump.
We have no choice.
We thought McCarthy would be a horrible Speaker of the House - a RINO masquerading as a MAGA American. He finally won the vote and started out like a house on fire - making us question our initial opposition to him.
He’s a RINO. He’s a horrible Speaker of the House.
MAGA for 2024.
Great post.
Don, you don’t come across as ramped up enough today.
Can you tell us how you really feel?
