"President Juan Valdez (or whatever his name is)". Laugh out loud funny. What a great way to begin the morning.

01/27/25: We would need a miracle to get today's article by Don published in this morning's NY Post (a sticky-wet compost heap of stale recycled statements and No-Doz neutralizing commentary). Now would someone shut that flouncy SC Senator up? L. Graham is an embarrassment. Move him up north running a Ben & Jerry franchise somewhere in Rat's Ass, Vermont. Finally, the NFL has a huge problem. Why is KC getting unlimited breaks and "miracles"? Deport Goodell!

The biggest reason Trump is so strong this time is, Biden's failures (and his handlers' failures) have convinced enough of the Public that the Dems are wrong and out of touch. As well, it seems to have given Trump time to learn from what went wrong the first time--and now he's acting on the basis of what he learned the hard way. That says a lot about Trump's mental capacity (and also implies a lot about Biden's lack of the same).

RevMikeyMac's avatar

Yes, it's obvious Trump has learned very well. All Biden learned from 50 years in DC is how to be a grifter and a thief.

You would think that with fifty years of experience he would know how to avoid getting caught. Instead he had to issue pardons to all his cronies.

Because they thought nobody will care with the rest of the world going to hell around them. That’s why immediate trial and summary execution has such a vibrant ring to it.

We desperately need it up here and y’all need it just as bad down there. Treason needs to be dealt with the way it historically was.

Actually, I think you could say that in the years since Obama first took office, the Democrats have managed to "normalize treason". There has been so much treason going on, drip, drip, drip, that we've been like the "frog in the pot of water that is heating up". But with every notch the water heats up, more and more people realize we're burning to death.

That's why we still need more education of the Left part of the population--they would find it hard to accept executions right now, because they are still literally unaware of the magnitude of treason that has occurred.

Plus the Left has been running a 24/7 smear job on Trump and MAGA calling US treasonous for the past 8 years. Truly, there has been aggressive hypnotism going on. Californians in particular are far gone when they are not upset enough at their Democratic politicians, even though their houses have burned down after their insurance policies were cancelled. Talk about extreme Democratic incompetence.

He issued pardons to all his cronies and partners in crime. Let's remember that.

Expand full comment
Jeremy R's avatar

The supreme court should throw out his pardons for several reasons. First being dementia, did he know what he was doing? Second is many were cohorts in his crimes. Third is that he may have accepted money in exchange for them

Expand full comment
TeaPartyGal's avatar

And I think there are 4th, 5th, 6th, and more reasons too. What unelected Biden staffer REALLY prepared those pardons? Was the staffer committing treason by usurping the powers of the presidency? Were these a "pardon" or "immunity"? Does the Constitution allow a President to issue "immunity"? Etc. Etc. Definitely a legal issue for the Supreme Court to address.

Meanwhile, under the category heading of "Dogs that do not bark," we find that hundreds of thousands--that's a number that exceeds 100,000 for the mathematically challenged--of residents of the eastern regions of DR Congo have been forced to flee their homes as a result of an incursion of "rebels" controlled by their neighbors in Rwanda. (Or as the BBC put it, "Since the start of 2025 more than 400,000 people have been forced from their homes in the provinces of North and South Kivu, near the border with Rwanda, according to the UN's refugee agency." Bet you didn't know. Why would you? It's just a bunch of Africans doing what Africans seem to do best, viz., killing, raping and pillaging other Africans. Kind of like the religious wars being waged by African mohammedan jihadists against their Christian neighbors in Nigeria, where islamofascists in "boku haram" and other vicious islamic gangs have killed about 60,000 Christians. Where are the marches in American streets demanding an end to islamic violence and condemning islamic religious bigotry? Where are the "gays for Nigerian Christians"? Where are the posturing "students" who are so quick to riot when Israelis dare to defend themselves against attacks by islamic jihadis, or the slightest affront to mohammed is detected? Why aren't Representatives Omar, Tlaib, et al out there with statements decrying the horrible African-on-African slaughter? What's that you say? It's only Christians and Jews who suffer their condemnation, while their fellow islamicists are roundly praised for being so noble and and lavished with American taxpayers' money? WAKE UP! We are in a WAR and the enemy has been allowed to--dare I say enabled to--entrench behind our lines and conduct operations against us WITH UTTER IMPUNITY! Enough is enough; recognize that we are in our own existential struggle against the forces of global islamic jihad. And please don't give me that sop about "muh Constitutional right to worship" allah and his phoney "prophet. ISLAM IS A FOREIGN ENEMY AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO EXIST IN AMERICA. We should not be drawn into any foreign conflict on the African continent, but at the very least, we can and should make certain that such conflicts are not allowed to be waged here.
