Best comment I saw on the Internet is that it’s a movie you should watch on a plane because the odds are against two disasters happening at once.

I saw a comment which said that if the person saw it on a plane, they would still get up and leave.

Perhaps the pilot was watching it when landing the Delta flight in Toronto. The one that landed and flipped onto it's roof.

I figure he is :

1 - showing his true colors

2 - truly short sighted ( being polite I am )

3 - manipulated by others to hide past misconduct

After hearing about the judicial breakfast club, I am inclined to go with number one . These activist judges should stand before an inquisition for violating their oath , their profession , and numerous laws .

Yes, excellent article. John Roberts needs to resign. He is unlikely to fully wake up and grasp what's going on, and even if he does, he probably lacks the personality-type to be willing to act as decisively as is needed. If John Roberts doesn't resign and soon, he is going to end up being the poster boy for the destruction of the American judicial system. Take the pension and enjoy the rest of your life in comfort.

Once he resigns, Trump needs to nominate Ted Cruz for new Chief Justice. I wonder if JD Vance can be the tie-breaker vote in the Senate for a Chief Justice confirmation--probably he can.

Excellent piece. Robert's is a squish with no compass or backbone, and it's becoming embarrassing. Hope he wakes up before his reputation goes from tanked to repulsive.

03/24/25: Catherine Forester's "The Night Trump Derangement Began..." has obvious flaws ---

The book's Foreword is spelt "Forward"!

But as a permanent record of the Dems / Rino's Trump Derangement Syndrome, "The Night" is THE book to read.

Forester created the transcripts of Election Night on November 8, 2016.

Read what the legions of vacuous yahoos on CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox, CNN and MSNBC had to say on that evening.

It's a million laughs. They (most of them) are so stupid. And what parrots! On election night in 2024, they repeated whatever they had said in 2016.

What’s even more satisfying is that the odious Robert DeNiro’s new film also just opened and made a whopping $3 million over the weekend. Karma from all of his raving TDS screeches is gnawing on his arse big time.

They don't make "movies" anymore. That would require an engaging plot, sharp scripting, and award-winning acting.

Today's output from Hollywood falls along the level of a "skit". Shallow, hollow, and what SNL used to produce on a whim each Friday night.

A few of them were actually funny until the woke disease hit them.

That is a great description, they’re just skits! Phoning it in they used to say.

Enjoyed seeing that too. Sadly, DeNiro still got paid his contract. It's the producer and Hollywood's downstream associates who will suffer, not that I am sympathizing with them either. It's just that the big mouth got his take. He doesn't care.

I found it very interesting to read that many CIA flights departed from Arkansas airports...revealed in the recent JFK assassination paper files. Which, btw, provide many examples of the treacherous, lawless and regime interfering activities of the CIA.

I figure that the Clintons became familiar with the dirty tricks given that so many of these flights originated in their home state...though of course many were before Bill was governor.

One of the problems with corporations--both for-profit and non-profit--is that over time they drift very far from the ideals and thoughts of their founders. I was born in 1950. I grew up on Walt Disney's programs--Mickey, Snow White, Davy Crockett, and more. Some of the current problem is Hollywood in general--most of them have no imagination and no creativity. That's why they keep doing re-makes of old classics.

But some of it is just what I call organizational drift: over time, any organization will drift toward being run to suit the benefit and convenience of the staff rather than the clientele. All organizations are at risk for this--businesses, universities, churches (both local and denominations), governments, and more. It can be prevented, if someone in leadership understands the risk; but most don't, so it seldom is prevented.

I could add this from my favorite author on organizational follies, C. Northcote Parkinson, in "The Law of Delay" (1972, p. 69):

"Every human institution develops a tendency to pursue its own and its members' interest."

Another flop for Disney. They won’t learn from it either. They could have remastered the original and re-released it so another generation or two could enjoy it. But no, it was politically incorrect. So here they are, stuck in terminal stupid. What surprises me is the indifference of their stock holders to this insanity. Yep, they’re Democrats alright.

God is THE Creator. The devil is not, and can only steal that which has been created and twist and pervert it into its antithesis.

Only in and through God can come goodness, beauty, wonder, inspiration, majesty, revelation, and truth.

Without Him you cannot create anything containing these qualities.

Everything the Left touches is proof of this.

“I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.“

~ John 15:5

Nailed it. And "ye shall know them by their fruits", in that things "created" by a godless, totally secular, atheistic source carry with them something that repels, something that gives you an underlying nauseous sense. Creations in alignment with God inspire and lift. Creations that have turned their back on God act as a drag on your spirit and are depressing.

A few Thoughts:

(1) Five of the seven reviews posted are British sources. I'm tired of British condescension and don't care what they think about anything (except how they're going to fund themselves without U.S. help). They would have hated the original version of 1937. The latest Snow White was bad, but they aren't going to be the ones to tell me that.

(2) Making a big screen movie is a long lead time project. Disney obviously believed the Dems would stay in power after Biden and the messaging would play right into the tone of America at it's release. Like some others, they bet wrong and they were exposed for their bad behavior, sort of like what is (and will be) happening in the FBI, CIA, USAID, DOE, District court Judges, etc, etc.

(3) The final cut of the movie was so bad even lefties couldn't stand it (I'm not counting the British who don't count for anything). Recall, Disney delayed the release during which time they did a lot of editing to remove - or tone down - scenes that were extreme. Even with that, it sucked to the extreme.

(4) The marketing strategy of obsoleting your own front-running products with it's replacement before a competitor does has never been applied successfully in Hollywood as far as I know. Has there ever been a better version of "Gone with the Wind", "Citizen Kane", or "Casablanca"? Who would even TRY to do such a stupid thing? Who would attempt to 'reinvent' a masterpiece? Only the leftist lunatics who are trying to destroy everything that is good and that holds our society together. Only modern Disney would be so stupid.

Like our parental diplomacy with greater Britain, it is time to put some things away forever. Let's start with Disney, including their parks.

MAGA them.
