The Dems have been yelling about "due process" for illegals. My personal take on it (which too many judges would likely disagree with) is that if they came in without "due process," they are not intitled to it now. Get them out!

As for Comey and his seashells, somebody needs to get him to a psychiatrist. If he really is that dumb to post something like that, he should never have been FBI director.

Give them the same due process that the J6 folks received. Arrest them and send them to a government internment facility (preferably in South Texas) for a few days, then have an immigration judge ask them if they came into the U.S. illegally and when they say yes, put them on a bus for Eagle Pass and turn em loose in Mexico whence they came. And let the Dems choke on that. (BTW, if they say no to the question, put on the bus anyway.)

Thus far the only presidents to suspend The Writ of Habeas Corpus have been Abe Lincoln & “Joe Biden”; as the latter’s admin locked up Jan 6 protesters & denied them due process. Uhh…were was John Roberts & the SC during this? Where was John Roberts & the SC when “Joe Biden” opened the borders & allowed 20+ million illegals in here?

Someone above referred to John Roberts as a “chickensh**” & that’s exactly what he is. He’s wringing his hands so much he never has time to wipe his a**

Btw - where are the murder charges against Michael Byrd for killing Ashley Babbitt in cold blood?

BRING BACK THE OLDE WAYZE. Maybe tar and feathers too. Our political class is scum and should be treated as such.

And if that seems too harsh, perhaps people need to be reminded of Washington and Jefferson’s thoughts on out-of-control tyrants.

Poll: Obama was my first choice but I chose Boasberg because he is at the heart of the judicial insurrection and we need to make an example of these traitors.

Don't forget that Congress can vote to change the District Court system to remove the bully-ruling authority but they won't despite the majority being in Trump's favor.

We have two co-equal branches controlling the third and the RINOs sleep soundly every night because of it.

Shrugged's avatar

We are very divided and so perhaps it is time MAGA steps apart from the rusty institutions of two parties (not a popular subject on this site but I'll raise it anyway) . Most MAGA are only Republicans by registration because our political system makes it so difficult to seek another choice. I'm in Ohio. If I register as an Independent I have to forfeit my rights to vote in all future primaries. That isn't right.

I haven't been a "Republican" since the 2012 Romney-Obama race.

Republican = RINO

Even our beloved "Freedom Caucus" is suspect these days. Yes, there are still a few brave and proud patriots there, but most of them are RINOs in part like Jim Jordan who is beholden to big tech money that has destroyed free speech and aided massive propaganda in the control of MAGA. Congress just looks the other way - even some of the Senators who appear on conservative sites (Bannon) several times a week. They all talk but nobody will stand up and fight like hell for the issues.

We are very divided: https://www.zerohedge.com/political/trump-torches-gop-grandstanders-house-republicans-brawl-over-one-big-beautiful-bill?utm_source=&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=4752

I slouched through the Obama years only vaguely aware of the widening gap splitting our country. DJT tried, Lord knows he tried. But lawfare, the MSM, and the traitors in his own party oppressed him for 4 years. Then replaced him with the worst president in the history of the United States. Yes, he was selected. 81 million votes? Get serious. The lunatic left couldn't afford more four more years. Hence, BAMN. ‘When you strike at a king, you must kill him’. But much like rising from the dead, ‘HE’S BACKKKK.’
