But now, especially under Obama and Biden, a completely different political ideology has aggressively taken over the Democrats, and its purpose is to eradicate the Principles that have long been the benchmarks of American freedom.
There is even a profound difference on what the purpose of the Courts is. Leftist judges today couldn't care less about the Constitution. They gauge "correct" and "incorrect" based on how closely an issue adheres to the Marxist/progressive credo. They just see the legal system as a way to support whatever the Marxist Left needs to get and keep power.
So this is no longer an issue of "bias", but an issue of FOR or AGAINST the essential American political structure.

I guess that might be true in some institutions. There was one in my hometown South Western State Hospital, it started out as a VA hospital from WWII. As it transitioned from a VA hospital to a mental hospital the state took over it was all the old buildings. Later on they started building a all new facility. Several of my family worked there for years as nurses, aides, office staff, maintenance and even the barber that I have had for years worked there. The really violate were at another state facility. All I ever heard was good things about South Western, they had a child unit that would break your heart. For several years we would go as a group and take toys and visit and later on we would make toy runs with a very large motorcycle group at Christmas. It filled a need to lots of people and families until well intentioned people that thought it's not right to keep these people locked up.
So they closed South Western and turned all these folks into half-way houses and that's when abuse and terrible care started. Not counting all the unemployment cases, it sat empty for years until part of it has been turned into some kind of youth facility. I have never heard any thing at all about that. About a year ago it was going around they were going to house illegal aliens there FJB. I guess in all likelihood that has fell by the way side.
If this nonsense does reach the SC we all know of one justice who mist recuse herself/itself as that person clearly stated she/it could not define what a woman is.
