Indiana actually does require ID. We also do early voting ID required which is more of an absentee vote in person than mail in. There is very limited mail in ballots. I am sure it was real.
Our fellow-commenters are not doing a very good job of discerning the meaning of the poll. When we vote that it won't change a thing, that doesn't mean that we won't vote! It only means that we've all seen this movie with Republicans too many times and we know how it always ends.

I have been very cynical. Some of those RINOs presented themselves as not RINOs to get elected, then immediately changed. Indiana actually does require ID. We also do early voting ID required which is more of an absentee vote in person than mail in. There is very limited mail in ballots. I am sure it was real.

I have been very cynical. Some of those RINOs presented themselves as not RINOs to get elected, then immediately changed. In Indiana DIMs have a hard time getting elected except in a couple of very blue areas, so they run as RINOs. Since they are Trump/MAGA endorsed, this group might not change into RINOs eventually.
It is a total PITA. I am glad enough turned out to force the issue and retire at least some of our RINOs. I can only hope it will be the start of a solution for those of us in Indiana.

Rand Paul needs to be more realistic than he is. Some times, you need to go with good enough and not perfection. Good enough is a step in the right direction. And in every case, it is depicted as red or blue, Dem or GOP. But why, shouldn’t these acts that steal or misuse or that show complete incompetence matter to both parties and all of us regardless of which party fid it? But no, it becomes a political issue immediately, and touted by the party whose member didnt do it and ignored by the party of the member who did it. That is absolutely telling and a perfect example of politics on steroids and totally out of. control. If we are a country where crime and corruption and incompetence is reduced to politics and half the country ignores it, we are done as a free republic. .

Managing the distribution and sale is not a task I’d want to accept. There are other folks out there with such channels in place though.

Democrats are screaming like stuck pigs now that the GOP is suddenly showing some gumption as it relates to redistricting (Thank you TX, TN, FL, and LA). The Indiana primary results strike me as a turning point even though it is too late there to have any effect on the midterms. The Dems never fight fair, so if the Republicans want to have any say in how America is governed, they best get their collective heads right and play the same gerrymandering game, despite how distasteful it may be. If you have any doubts, just ask yourself how Republican voters in New England feel about having zero representation in the House despite being around 40% of the voters.
Agree , wonder how many are thinking about the ramifications of certifying an election conducted with illegal districts . I would 🤔 this makes redistricting required before conducting an election . Thoughts anyone ?
