Item 5. All Trump had to do was rename it the the Gulf of America and even the weather knows better than to mess with MAGA.

Adorable Deplorable's avatar

Trump's treatment of Mamdani yesterday was brilliant. After giving the guy every benefit of the doubt how the hell will he now blame Trump for all the world's ills? A master stroke of diplomacy.

TeaPartyGal's avatar

Trump has no delusions about Mamdani. He is very pragmatic, and will give Mamdani a chance to show some results, because anything positive that can be done for New York will be worthwhile.

But he will skewer him when he pulls some unacceptable Commie move. Trump probably has a few zingers in his back pocket, too, like potential campaign finance violations, Mamdani's immigration status, etc.

"Keep your friends close; keep your enemies closer."

nikki003's avatar

Oh yeah!!!! Exactly.....

Vince Gallo's avatar

Trump actually holds all the cards. He can stop all Federal funding if Mamdani violates any Laws; the US Attorney for New York can prosecute any interference with enforcement of Federal laws or hinder ICE and the rest of the Federal alphabet soup agencies from doing their jobs; and last but definitely not least is that DOJ and DHS can and should deport every Muslim even those holding green cards if seen protesting or obstructing justice.

I like the last but not least power the best. 😂👍🙏🇺🇸😘🍷

tj's avatar

And Mamdani had no choice but to go along.....

Vince Gallo's avatar

I’d like to know what Trump told the commie off camera. 😂😘👍🙏☕️🇺🇸🌞

Jake's avatar

The Trumpster also elevated Mamdani to be the head of the Dem party. AOC and Jazzy are pissed. They thought they were the head of the Dem party. Schumer and Hakeem don't seem to have a party to head anymore. This cat fight is gonna leave a mark.

Brian LeMay's avatar

Oh yeah , this is going to be fun to watch . Combined with California's gubernatorial race and Nadler's seat in New York, this has the potential to severely damage several of the Dims status / influence in their own party . Although I doubt they will learn anything .

imkitty's avatar

Someone of Fox said CNN didn't know how to report it. They didn't expect Trump to be gracious towards the commie.

tzed's avatar

From the day Trump stepped on that escalator, the media didn’t know how to deal with him. They still don’t.

VICKI's avatar

I love that PDJT had Mamdani stand beside him like a servant and prez was too cool to get up, lol, lol. Everytime they shook hands I laughed harder than the time before. Beautiful move all the way around by Superman. It was one of Trump's coolest moments ever.

Marlan Hoerer's avatar

This was the chess master prepping the newb.

steph_gray's avatar

Yep!

And may I say they're all newbies in the Pravda Media.

Every morning they get up and intentionally clear their minds of any truth they may have inadvertently learned the day before.

Alice Ball's avatar

The whole Epstein thing is going to blow up on elites the world over. Summers is out. Hakeem is sullied. Olbermann, please let it be true, he’s a sanctimonious goat. Clinton 28 trips. Prince Andrew is no longer a prince. I have never cared about this as much as others bc I felt like everything would be redacted & the slimebags would skate free again. But this might actually have teeth. Pray that it does and that it marks the time when Americans would no longer tolerate pedophelia amongst its politicians and elites.

Suzie's avatar

As more and more Democrats become tarnished, expect the news media to cover it… with a pillow…until it is dead.

Jake's avatar

True, but we'll have a great time reading about it on Mr Surbers blog. Life is good!

Sam Prentice's avatar

That's hilarious. And that is exactly what they will do. But maybe we should put a plastic bag over their's!!!!

Lawsy0's avatar

Now I know we're prolly kinfolk! Good one, sistah!

Valoree Dowell's avatar

I laughed out loud at that one!

imkitty's avatar

ITEM 1: Science Alert said, “Owning a Cat…”

First of all, nobody OWNS a cat. Cats grant permission to humans to feed them and keep them amused.

Lawsy0's avatar

Dogs have owners; cats have staff!

Vince Gallo's avatar

Lmao 😂😂😂

Jeremy R's avatar

Some of the cats I've had would make a person schizophrenic. Nothing like Claws 2 at 3am .

steph_gray's avatar

A tip after a lifetime of cats:

My latest and last pair are NEVER allowed in the bedroom.

Jeremy R's avatar

I had one cat that lived 18 years. She slept at the end of the bed. When my wife got a dog, the cat would lay on my side staring at the sleeping dog all night never move.

steph_gray's avatar

I actually miss having them sleep with me, but at my age can’t afford the broken sleep any more.

They still nap with me on the couch.

imkitty's avatar

Or play with a squealing mouse they caught at 3am. Or chase a bat swooping close to my head at 3am. Yeah, I know what you mean ;~)

Lawsy0's avatar

My cat brought a little green garden snake into the house for me. Always an unexpected present. I treated it like it was a King Cobra, just to amuse the kitty. (ahem).

Lawsy0's avatar

My hurried conversation with a male Siamese cat, "Those were my last pair of stockings!!"

Cat's reply, "Rawr?" (translation: "You should have said something!"

Grizzly's avatar

Boy Howdy! Ain't that the truth!

steph_gray's avatar

🤣 Oh how they love to be on the nip!

tj's avatar

oh yeah they do, and the mice (real or not) and the red lasers. I had two prior and one would chase the mice and ignore the laser. the other would ignore everything but the laser. It was funny as all get out. I actually put red nightlights in to help with my insomnia (regular lights wake the brain at night) so I am glad I currently dont have any furballs for that reason. I miss them otherwise.

The meme I was looking for sad 'snack dealer' which works also.

Albert P. Sweeney's avatar

I could hardly get past the meme up top. When absolute idiots are handed power, the depth of their idiocy grows exponentially.

The meme should be labeled the “Taco Donkey and the ‘Hood Rat”.

MTG = Publicity Whore with TDS. Just like the rest of them.

Useless bags of meat in our government have been “working” on real world issues for 100 years and got a zero accomplishment record.

PDJT walks in and does more in 9 months than these meat bags have done in their entire careers.

I will stick with a proven winner in President Donald J. Trump!

Y’all have a great weekend!

Sam Prentice's avatar

Wow Albert. Outstanding comment! I'm stealing your "Taco Donkey and Hood Rat" as those are bound to become classics. You also have a great weekend!

Jim Nelson's avatar

Jazzy only plays the role of "Hood Rat". Actually, she came from a well-to-do background. She is like Al Sharpton who plays the role of Reverend but is really just a common race hustler.

Marlan Hoerer's avatar

Rev Al saw the way Jesse shook down Illinois and said , damn he good, I needz me sum o dat .

tj's avatar

That 'Hood Rat' does a much better job of race hustling than Al Sharpton's kids who have watched him their entire lives. It is all sad.

#21, oil rigs off the coast bad for the environment. Wind turbines off the coast killing whales, dolphins, etc, good.

CactusMatt32's avatar

California Wind turbines on Tehachapi (5,000) & Pacheco (162) Pass wind farms currently exist in Condor habitat.

Killing a California condor is a serious federal crime under both the Endangered Species Act and the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. Under the Endangered Species Act, the maximum penalty is one year in jail and a $100,000 fine per individual, or $200,000 for an organization.*

*(unless a wind farm)(or until enuf Condors are killed to eliminate boundary lines for living Condors).(see article at NGO-American Bird Conservancy website)

Are Wind Turbines a Significant Threat to Birds? - American Bird Conservancy

August 29, 2024 - Researchers found that the population of Golden Eagles at the Altamont Pass Wind Resource Area in California was maintained due to “continental-scale immigration.” In other words, local losses were balanced only by arrival of new eagles ...

tj's avatar

Thank you for the info. I did not know this but it figures.

Yes Wind Farms are really bad for birds. We have some that have exemptions. Yes, exemptions from killing bald eagles in the state I live in. AND so do the stupid Solar Farms that fry all birds.

tj's avatar

And the Climate change idiots think this is all fine. Plus they tried to blame the poor Maine lobstermen for a whale death over 20 yrs ago to regulate the hell out of them but the Wind Turbines off the East coast hasnt even gotten past the initial build and are killing dozens of whales and dolphins.

joated's avatar

And as for the economic "damage" to any shore communities--lots of infrastructure jobs required during the initial drilling and then the care and maintenance afterward. Just check the Gulf coast. Lots of development.

Marlan Hoerer's avatar

So true Plays and yet the morons scream about fishing is killing the oceans, go figure.

tj's avatar

Sad, I think you are badmouthing morons...... Climate changers are evil, stupid and greedy, the ones in on the game and taking a lot of our taxpayer moneys. The rest are just stupid and cray cray.

Similar to cutting down 100's of acres of rain forest to build a 4 lane road that will not get used after the stupid conference much, just to 'SAVE the Rain Forests'.

Sorry this is a hot button for me. The shear willingly blinding stupid.

Marlan Hoerer's avatar

Climate changers are as you say cray cray but this is just a denial of a higher power beyond their control. Atheists are lost souls with rare exception to this rule.

tj's avatar

I am not sure it is just Atheists but I get your meaning. Thinking about it, about 1/2 the Dims I know are Atheists. I am not sure of the some of the others. We dont talk much politics (I try not to talk politics at all outside here and a couple people) so I dont know where they stand but a few are Christians, actual Christians, not just church goers.

I have been disillusioned by man's church and so dont go but I believe in God and pray regularly. I believe that God is so beyond our knowledge that a lot of misconceptions abound. Who are we to know the length of God's days or ways?

Actually cleaning up pollution of our water, seas and land would do more for the health of the Earth than all the Green energy debaticle ever would.

Marlan Hoerer's avatar

As Paul Harvey once said ,[ and GOD made a farmer] I feel farmers. and sportsmen, hunting-fishing etal are the original and true conservationists and caretakers of the world because their lives depend on renewal of nature. I too grew disillusioned with established churches filled with hypocrites but like you talk to GOD ANY WHERE ANY TIME I wish daily.

tj's avatar

Amen.

And yes, those who use the land, farmers, hunters and fishermen, and in the older days, mountain men and trappers are all caretakers of the land. At least the good ones are. That includes all the ladies too. I learned to hunt and fish from my Grandpa and Dad. My nieces have all learned from my FIL.

Always a joy to read your blog, Don.

Catherine Kasparian's avatar

I wonder what’s behind MTG’s resignation-

Adorable Deplorable's avatar

Good question. Nobody willingly gives up this gig. Especially a narcissistic politician... or is that redundant?

Catherine Kasparian's avatar

There is more than Trump just withdrawing his support

tj's avatar

There is. She started down the TDS path a longer than a few months ago. She could have stayed if she had stopped before Trump pulled his support.

To be honest, I think she is auditioning for one of those to-to-be gone million dollar jobs like the View.

Sam Prentice's avatar

She is a fraud and has been since the beginning. Her amazing investment prowess turning her net worth from $700K to more than $24 million impressed all of us with how honest she is! She is a fraud and she knows that we all now know she is a fraud so she's cutting bait and moving to CNN.

Damn the torpedoes's avatar

In addition to her large net worth growth, she leaves a day after vesting in her lifetime pension/ Cadillac health care. Fraud.

Suzie's avatar

She knows she is going to lose reelection, so preemptively decided to go out on a rant. That’s how she rolls.

Amy's avatar

To quote Julia Sugarbaker - she diminishes all women.

Jim Nelson's avatar

I can almost see her district from my house. It is very conservative and I suspect the voters there are not happy that she has gone rogue. She probably would have been primaried and possibly beaten. Now we will never know, but are waiting to see what she does next.

Joe LaGreca's avatar

Maybe she'll become a panelist on MSNOW or CNN

Marlan Hoerer's avatar

No maybe about it imho.

Amy's avatar

I’m thinking PDJT saw this coming a mile off. He probably already has a tremendous candidate ready to run.

Jake's avatar

I think The Trumpsters boot in her behind is behind her resignation.

Joe LaGreca's avatar

MTG didn't want to end up like LIZ 2.0

Cookie McCall's avatar

MTG knew she didn't have "the cards" anymore than Little Z does so she folded like a cheap suit

Marlan Hoerer's avatar

She went [ LOOK AT ME ] and PDJT said sit down.

Shoveltusker's avatar

Something in media. Maybe The View?

tj's avatar

My thought. All those interviews were auditions.

Justice Department closes investigation into Muslim-centered community near Dallas

That was June-This is 3 days ago-

Governor Abbott Designates Muslim Brotherhood, CAIR As Foreign Terrorist Organizations

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott designated the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Muslim Brotherhood as foreign terrorist and transnational criminal organizations Tuesday, preventing both groups from obtaining land in the Lone Star state.

Abbott said in a statement that he made the move as “The Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR have long made their goals clear: to forcibly impose Sharia law and establish Islam’s ‘mastership of the world.’”

This is today-

Muslim civil rights group CAIR sues Texas over Abbott’s ‘terrorist’ designation

The Council on American-Islamic Relations’ (CAIR) Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin chapters filed a federal lawsuit Thursday seeking to overturn Abbott’s proclamation issued earlier in the week.

“This attempt to punish the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization simply because Governor Abbott disagrees with its views is not only contrary to the United States Constitution, but finds no support in any Texas law,” the group said in its lawsuit.

Good vs Evil-What part of Death to America is so hard to understand? Assimilation? Islam doesn’t assimilate; it makes you assimilate to it

When people talk about integration and multiculturalism, they usually mean that immigrant groups adapt to the host society while preserving some of their traditions. Islam functions very differently. Instead of assimilating into other cultures, it compels the host culture to assimilate into it. This is not accidental. It is built into the structure of the religion itself. If this can happen in Texas….

tj's avatar

I really, really hope that lawsuit goes sideways. It will take a while. It will end up in the Supreme Court one way or another. I hope by the end of it, CAIR is a designated terrorist group for the whole of the US along with Muslin Brotherhood.

Marlan Hoerer's avatar

They are designated terrorist organizations in several Arabic nations so Abbot has a solid basis.

NNTX's avatar

UAE is one country that, iirc, designated CAIR a terrorist organization in 2013.

Sit down Rep Omar. Better go back to Somalia and find the BILLIONS scammed from the government by your compatriots in Minneapolis. (Feed our Future, Autism scam, Housing fraud. Chris Rufo has the details.)

Item 8: I prefer MAGAnet.

Item 14: I can hardly wait for a debate between those three.

Item 4. I’m speechless 😂😂😂

Don thanks to you Saturday morning never gets off on the wrong foot.

Don, I went to "Have a good cry" and read the article. I had a good cry.

The old man says, "Son, you can't save all the starfish on the beach." The boy says, "No, sir. But I can save this one." And he puts the starfish back in the ocean.

One small gesture of kindness at a time makes a difference.

#5 No hurricanes (climate change) and #20 Seditious video by the donkeys are there only to create chaos. They have nothing to contribute so they want to stir up sh#t to make PDJT's job harder. They deserve our contempt.

And our loud and insistent (though polite) complaints to our reps. This is another step towards color revolution fomented by the Ds against our constitutional republic.

I could not read it to m my wife, it's just too lovely a story and too hard to read out loud. (Seriously, I think I'm making sense here.) Does anyone know, or know how to find out, where Raymond is? His congressman (or woman, excuse me) ought to hear about his story, if they haven't already. Hell, President Trump should invite him to the White House. If he can invite a commie, why not an angel like. Raymond?
