Don,

Don't forget. The federal judges believe in the 47th Amendment to the Constitution:

“Anything Donald Trump does or is in favor of is unconstitutional.”

The are only two ways to get into a Federal Courthouse. You can show a legitimate Identity card or you can be escorted in chains by a law enforcement officer. ID or handcuffs.

Yes. I was a witness recently in a civil court case. In order to get into the court building and access the courtroom, I had to show ID, my bag was put through an x-ray machine, and my body was scanned with a metallic wand. My watch set it off! Have rules and enforce them.

When I lived in DC in the1990 era we ALWAYS had to go through scanners and when I went to see Clinton at Arlington cemetery, I was scanned all over with some hand held device. This is not news, folks.

When I went to college there in the 1960’s none of this existed. We went everywhere exploring our government. Only the White House was off limits except for my fraternity brother who bet he could climb the fence, race across the lawn, climb the side of the White House and grab the flag. He did. He didn’t get shot but escorted down and told not to do it again.

I remember walking to the Capitol up the magnificent steps, walking around inside, going into watch the session, finding my Rep office etc.

what a different world. Ruined by democrats.

But in order to get out after being escorted in you might run into a judge who will try to sneak you out. Whatever judges do being made legal by judicial action in their minds. Recently read a post touting the use of the progressives standards and laws against them. I hope that someone takes that idea seriously.

Great piece and this response has only a little to do with it, sir.

If you recall all the news coverage of camera close-ups of chads and the repetitive explanations of how the mechanical voting systems were used was insane. That is, the election of the most powerful position in the world "dangled" by a thread of attached paper.

That whole scenario was foreshadowing of our lives with the DNC. What a nightmare. Then, in 2015/16 the DNC went on to create fake Russia dossiers to falsely incriminate an innocent man running for the most powerful position in the world.

How does this end?

Every time a lower court judge makes a decision that goes to appeal or Supreme, the judge should have to appear and explain their reasoning in person. That higher court should also be able to levy fines, admonishments or removal actions when they rule. The law system either needs to police itself or the senate needs to start impeaching rogue moron "judges".

It's a very advanced skill to utter a legal statement that's funny as hell. As Brett Kavanaugh commented, in support of the Supremes' junking of the latest black-robe-insanity:

"... reasonable suspicion means only that immigration officers may briefly stop the individual and inquire about immigration status. If the person is a U. S. citizen or otherwise lawfully in the United States, that individual will be free to go after the brief encounter. … The interests of individuals who are illegally in the country in avoiding being stopped by law enforcement for questioning is ultimately an interest in evading the law. That is not an especially weighty legal interest.”

The leftist position on asking for identification has always been consistent. Remember how they opposed, "stop and frisk"? It's just their way of immunizing all the freaks, losers and weirdos of society against any possibility of adverse consequences. Look like you were born of hispanic/latino parentage? You get to break our immigration laws with impunity. Got black/brown skin? You get to carry illegal weapons without any possibility of being arrested for that. If, on the other hand, you are light skinned, blond or otherwise look like your parents came from Europe, you get the full weight of the law pressed down upon you, no excuses. That is how we arrived at the place where TSA agents were strip searching elderly white women in wheelchairs for bombs and guns but ignoring all the black/brown skinned and kaffiyah-wearing travelers in airports. We got here because we, by which I mean the normal majority, believe in the rule of law, where we conform our actions to prevailing legal standards without pitching a fit about everything. We have suffered in silence for so long, our enemies on the left believe that is how we shall always behave. Let us now disabuse them of that notion.

Yes; the Left does not realize the degree to which it has been shooting itself in its own foot with all these DEI "accomplishments". It is not a good thing when the ordinary citizen can easily see straight thru the dumb words of a supposed-to-be-respected college president, judge, etc.

Actually what the Left has done is pepper the whole country with "poster childs" of Leftist incompetence and malfeasance.
