Roberts is a disgrace to SCOTUS, a disgrace to the USA and a disgrace to western civilization. All because yes, he is either a coward, he is compromised or he is just an imbecile.

Maybe it is imbecile, for he did say... "We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges". This is someone who is a couple of french fries short of a Happy Meal.

roberts is everything you say and more but above all else he is a liar of lies. it's a mystery how liars like him look themselves in the mirror each morning. i don't believe the four women on the court are liars, just imbeciles but roberts get's no such stoopit pass from me. as you say he is either a coward or a con artist who has been compromised.

I thought I saw a photo of a tropically-clad umbrella drink-holding Roberts with a notorious “facilitator” on his lap on Epstein Island- (my pretty!) and could his choice of comrades have something to do with his lack of -ahem-judgement? He seems to be hiding under his desk alot these days. Maybe someone threatened to send him fluttering back to a Kansas-like nightmare life (and his little dog, too!) of no more Boasberg cocktail parties and the highlife of DC Oz? The tornado of Trump may be the final storm that sweeps him from the scene, one hopes. He needs to be swarmed by Kash’s flying monkeys and removed so that Thomas can be named Wizard.🧙

Making things worse globally, power-craving American judges have been emulated across the Atlantic. Take the European court of human rights, which also loves to overrule governments.

I wonder if as a first step toward improvement we ought to pass a constitutional amendment forbidding judges nationwide from hiding their prejudices under long black robes, and obliging them to sit on the bench in swimming shorts. It might bring them closer to reality.

This has been a problem for decades. If you give high praise and power to a jurist, they immediately wrap themselves in a cloak of smugness and blend right in with the deep state aparatchics. SCOTUS should be moved into a musty basement in a federal building in the midwest. SCOTUS started in the basement of the capitol building, not an enormous palace on the Potomac. They obviously think too highly of themselves. The 677 district court judges are only following suit. Too much power, too much glamour, too much deferrence makes them hungry for more.

Roberts is a very close associate of Norm Eisen, who was described by Mike Benz, who comes from an intelligence background, as being as shady and questionable as Epstein. So, the fact that we now have a pattern over years of Roberts looking the other way or even justifying abusing Trump and his associates, would indicate that Roberts has been compromised and is not an objective umpire who calls balls and strikes on legal matters.

The left gets a two-fer this way: they can use district court judges, responsible for tiny areas of the republic, to prevent any meaningful reforms and justice from being gained for the country as a whole. The second thing is this behavior by Roberts and all judges with a "D" by their name, federal, state, and local, destroys any respect in or confidence of the judiciary, that we are a socialist state like Cuba, China, and dozens of other countries ruled by totalitarians, and brings to mind Beria, Stalin's head of the KGB, who famously said, "Show me the man, I'll find you a crime." Anyone who opposes the uniparty, especially the "D's", is a criminal and must be destroyed.

@ this point I’m all for Trump going full Andrew Jackson; after the SC ruled against him on a matter “Old Hickory” reportedly said “Fine. They rendered their verdict, now let them enforce it.”

The SC possesses no divisions/regiments/battalions, i.e. no enforcement arm.

Well, they don't have military divisions, but they have legions of Left media, which can shriek to high heaven about anything the Dems don't like.

It is still a very serious priority for us to demolish the Left Media. Yes, their credibility has taken serious hits, but they don't really care anymore about their credibility. Just every day that they are present to screech against Trump is a victory for them. They still have "the ear" of a big swath of Americans.

They surely are vulnerable on the source of their funding, as many of them should be headed to bankruptcy if they weren't being bankrolled by shady sources (including USAID). And there's no way around it, we regular folks HAVE to keep engaging with the liberals we know, recommending other news sources to them, etc. Each liberal we redpill is very important.

Yeah, the judiciary is actually ruling against plainly stated law in some cases. Marbury v Madison is going to be neutered by executive action - and since we are now playing political hardball -it is time to place these judges under the microscope themselves. They hold no special immunity for their individual actions outside the courtroom. Time to give them a federal colonoscopy so to speak. None of them are clean, and if given a full court press, few will survive the scrutiny which this would entail.

They and their families are fair game, and if a few of them are destroyed in the process, so be it. I certainly won't shed a tear. We note how "class" fluidity is a thing in the US. These judges and their families are certainly in the top quintile. I think it is time to put their families squarely in the bottom. Enjoy the ride down, I am told it is quite a rush.

GOP Sen. Tommy Tuberville Slams RINO Thom Thumb (a legendary English dwarf ) for blocking Judge Ed Martin-And well he should-Tillis is the poster child for Rinos. He is clearly non compos mentis. At least the lunatic left hates you to your face.

Brilliant: BOOM! 'President Trump Appoints Ed Martin to Be Director of DOJ’s Weaponization Working Group and Pardon Attorney'. In March, Chief Justice Roberts said Trump call for impeaching judges is “not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. ”Wow. He just doubled down. DJT says he will replace D.C. U.S. attorney pick Ed Martin. He blinks-Or does he? DJT appoints Fox News host Jeanine Pirro as top prosecutor in DC. Brilliant. Thom can suck his thumb. Even more brilliant: Should Pirro, a MAGA firecracker, decide to retire next November, perhaps Thom Thumb won't be around. And perhaps the other eleven pubbies may have read the room, and Ed Martin will be approved. Bonus-if it’s the red tsunami we’ve been wishing for, one vote can no longer block him.

Judiciary is carrying a big gun, but it may be reduced to a .22. The Chief Justice of the SC is being sued! Let that sink in. IIRC, Andrew Jackson told them to stuff it. He did not listen to the Supreme Court mandate barring Georgia from intruding on Cherokee lands. DJT: Hold my beer! Clash of the Titans.

I hope you come to love Christ soon; all of the irrational behavior these last few years is God judging us. He judges those without faith by giving them over to ironic, often highly amusing (Queers for Palestine, for example), and ultimately oppositional desires to show us the foolishness of our own wisdom compared to His. And it is also a judgment on those of us with lukewarm faith: we have to put up with (and are called to action by) all the chaos that our failure to preach the gospel of repentance has caused. So... repent!

As far as the new pope (and all the ones I'm old enough to remember), he/they seem a lot like the Pharisees and Sadducees of Jesus' time: more focused on possession of the bully pulpit than on serving God in love. So the bully pulpit has been a tool for creating all of this rebellion.
