Everyone in my family circles have stayed married and for long times. I think it is a display of integrity, and a way to honor the things the family has done for us. I have yet to figure out what keeps some together, and some to part. Myself and my older brother are both with the same wife over 50 years, my two youngest brothers change wives like I change shoes. I agree but I think it goes further than that. I know it's presumptuous for me to say what God thinks but it's obvious that God is a little less harsh on the complaints of women because women are so vulnerable and I suspect God stepped back and let the politics of women and their supporters which are divorce lawyers and money grubbing Democrats were useful in teaching men not to be s********. I heard or read somewhere yesterday that packing the court cannot actually be done by presidential decree, which of course the lefties imagine would happen on day one if their steal is not stopped another time.
There is some sort of safeguard in the system against that change, but I wasn't in a position to note what it may be.

The only way to change the Supreme Court works VERY SLOWLY. First, one of the Justices has to resign, or die; and some think they are so indispensable, they die before they resign. Ruth Bader Ginsburg was one of those, as was William Douglas before her; both were always fretting about "social Justice", which is not what the Court is about; it is about Law.
Anyway, when the vacancy occurs, whoever is then President nominates someone for the open position. That nomination must then be approved by the US Senate; and sometimes it is not, if the President is a Republican and the Democrats have a majority in the Senate.
So no, what Sam Prentice says above ("When Dems retake congress they will establish a new court") is erroneous. But maybe Sam is a Dem, and Dems do a lot of vain dreaming.
